"I received my items all dumped into an oversize box with no protection. Just dumped in and rolling around with some inflatable bags on top. What kind of idiot packs a box like this and what kind of supervisor allows it? I ordered bags of pasta and the other items could easily have punctured them, or just been broken. Target must have monkeys in the warehouse packing boxes. This is a disgrace.

And don't use OnTrac for delivery. They are the absolute worse. The guy delivered the box and left it, IN THE RAIN, on the wall outside our gate instead of putting on the front porch out of the rain. So he didn't ring the bell and I received no text or email notification either. Who know how long it was out there. More monkeys."
