"I needed a dress for a wedding taking place on October 28th, 2023. I started my search the weekend prior to the wedding. I actually found a dress I liked, at your Fullerton, Malvern location. I tried it on and didn't purchase it, for reasons I can't explain or understand, myself. A couple of days later I decided I wanted to buy the dress and went back to the store and couldn't find it. I am familiar with several Target locations so I set out to find this dress. I drove to the Birch, Brea store, and did not find it there either. From there I decided to try the other Fullerton store on Orangethorpe, but no luck. I went to the Placentia store on Yorba Linda Blvd., and then my local Target store on Tustin St in Orange. I've only used your online service two times previously, but decided to give it a try to find this dress. I was determined to get it, but was getting discouraged, especially after seeing the dress in stock at my local store and at a Santa Ana location on 17th St., according to to the Target app, only to find out they were not in stock. There were still a few stores that were showing the dress available, again, according to the website. I used the option to purchase the dress online and pick it up at the location via drive up option. The transaction finally went thru after finding the dress at your Bristol St in Santa Ana location. I drove up to the store, they brought the dress to my car and just like that I had my dress ready for the wedding. In my quest for this dress, I learned that the Target app is a great tool. It's easy to use and even though I was disappointed that two of the stores showing the dress available ended up canceling my order, I was notified within an hour or so, and I was able to select a different location. I didn't have to waste my time and gas driving from one location to the next. The moral of the story is to not wait til the last minute to buy a dress for any event you have, and to use the technology(Target app) that's out there to make things easier. "
"Made an order online came by the next day to pick it up and it was just that easy, a little too easy, I made sure that after my purchase and I exited the building I quickly looked left and right for a random out of control bus and then into the sky to see if a plane was about to fall on top of me but thankfully that didn't happen. I went to work and tried on the shoes I had purchased and they felt like two clouds wrapped around my feet. "
"I ordered the same product from all the Target stores in a 30 mile radius. Each store claimed they had at least one product available. In almost 24 since placing my multiple orders, I have not received notification from any store that my order is ready. Now I remember why Target is not my go-to for shopping online."

"They mistakenly gave me an extra bag of things, I gave it back. Got home just to realize they forget an item. Plus they waste a lot of plastic bags. I don’t think Target has a proper QC process. "
"Paid $10 extra to get an item delivered ON a certain date. It's now tracking to deliver FOUR days later in the late afternoon. Item is available in store which is 5 minutes from my house. This is the SECOND TIME I have had this experience. Don't offer express shipping if you cannot provide express shipping. "
"I placed a pickup order for two items. After a couple hours, Target emailed that both items were out of stock. I canceled both, rather than wait another two hours for the next nearest store, and just drove to the next nearest store. Both items were out of stock there.
On a whim, I stopped by the Target I'd originally ordered from. Both items were right there on the shelf. There were around 8 of each.
I double checked that I'd ordered from the right Target, and yep, I'd ordered from the Target that had the items in stock. Maybe they were too busy and made up an excuse?
I usually try to just shop in the store, but I had a tight schedule that day and needed the service. Of course, driving to two Targets pretty much blew that out of the water. "

"A new and lousy experience with Target online shopping. Note: I've never had this problem before. While trying to order my cart kept emptying itself. My home delivery was much later than stated. We were waiting for the items so it was frustrating. I ordered 3 of one item to take advantage of getting a ten dollar gift card for buying 3 of the item. I only received 1 of them! Every step of this process was a real pain. "
