Target Review

"Well I really like going online with Target because not only is my Target store cleat on the other end of town, but it is also very selective and doesn't have as many items that a bigger store has. I like being able to type whatever I want to in the search engine."

Love Love LOVE target!!!!

"The target app always makes it quick and easy for me to grab the things I need! I love that my target circle is connected and so all sales, promos, and deals are automatically applied to my order!!! The “drive up” order option is amazing! As a mom with three younger children;; saving a trip inside the store really is a huge time and stress saver!!! Love yall! "

Target is Unbelievably Unprofessional

"I purchased the Hot Wheels Ultra Shark Car Wash play set online. After the purchase, I was told I could pick it up at the store in two hours.
Then I received an email stating that the store was out of inventory, but Target would ship it to me the following Saturday.
Two days later I received an email stating that the delivery date had been moved out to the following Tuesday.
Today I received an email stating that the order had been cancelled outright. To add insult to injury, they tried to make it sound as if it was my fault the order had been cancelled. I did absolutely nothing to cancel the order. All I can think of is they were trying to shield their incompetence from their managers.

Delivery times are a joke

"Ordered online at 10 am. Delivery was supposed to be at 1 pm. Then it was changed to 5 pm. Now it’s been changed to 9 pm. Called the number provided and had to call 4 different times due to being disconnected by them. Once I got through, the service agents were rude and kept me on hold for 40 minutes. NOT a good experience. "

"I placed an order for in store pick up and it stated the product was in stock, I made the purchase then received an email stating it wasn't. System needs to show accurate information before a purchase is made."

Expired cottage cheese? Target, you can do better than that!

"I was give expired food and my carboard container for my 4- pack of yogurt was ripped and I had 3 containers.
When I indicated I needed my bags to be delivered on the back passenger side of the car, the girl put them on the left, so I had to get out and rearrange for her to load the car. Why did I bother?!
I’m sick and don’t have the stamina to shop for myself, but Target isn’t a satisfying option for me anymore. Lat time I got rotten apples in my order, so I took a break. I guess I need to find another drive up option so I can shop.

Beware if you're thinking of purchasing gift cards!

"Recently I purchased a gift card, which I very quickly realized would not meet my needs. Two days after purchase, I attempted to return the card which was in completely pristine condition. It was obvious that it hadn't been tampered with or used and I had my receipt. I was told that it was not returnable. No where is this policy indicated to customers prior to purchase. When I called Customer Relations, the associates simply repeated the party line. No one seemed the least bit interested in the details of the situation or in helping me with a reasonable solution. Very poor customer relations. SO, beware. While many if not most items are returnable, gift cards are not and no where is this policy communicated other than on the sales receipt which is received after the purchase has been finalized!!!"

Failed to ship on time, everything 1-2 weeks late.

"I placed an order in early December to have toys delivered 5 days ahead of a charity Christmas event. Target failed to ship any of the items on time and did not provide notice of the delay until after the original advertised delivery date had passed. At that point they provided a new estimated delivery date of a week later, and as that date approached, one of the items changed to back-ordered status with a new estimated delivery date well after Christmas. I contacted Target customer service to ask about expedited shipping options, but they said Target does not offer any expedited shipping, and did not offer any other solutions. I am still waiting for the items that have supposedly now shipped, and cancelled the item that was pushed back until after Christmas. This was a very disappointing experience."
