"I've ordered 3 separate orders and each one of them had an estimated delivery of like 2-3 days which is absolutely fine....well days came and went ha! My purchases depart and make it to one place and then boom they are lost, late, and no one has any information on where or when they will arrive I contemplated just going to store or ordering from somewhere else but I figured even if there was a hiccup with shipping I had time....well we are less than a week from Christmas and my items are still sitting in limbo and no one can seem to tell me anything! Just awful highly frustrating and irritated !"
"The online ordering process is suppose to be convenient for the customer. As well as it is stated that online ordering is ready for pick-up in less than 2 hours. I arrived to the store an hour after the 2 hour window was up, to find out Target has not even started my order, the reason? Customer service stated they were short handed. And when I walked through the store for an hour waiting on my online order all I see is employees on their phone when I myself could have just purchased my items in-store. The conversation I had with customer service was made clear to cancel my order and buy it myself. So the inconvenience to me is to buy my items twice and wait for my bank to refund my money because target couldn’t fulfill their customer service of in less than two hours free. To top it off as I walked through the two isle everything is in stock I don’t see why it would have taken 5 hours to fulfill my order!? As I got my confirmation email 5 hours later that my order was ready what do you know item out of stock, unbelievable! Thank you Waco Target for the horrible customer service, recommendation hire people who actually care about their job and can fulfill customer service."

"Around 2pm I placed a pickup order online. I received an email saying if was ready shortly after but decided I'd wait awhile to pickup. I got to the store about 7:45 or 7:50. There were about 15 people waiting on orders. Staff had attitudes and kept walking off. I didn't leave this store until 8:30 and that's unacceptable. "

I knew the boxes were going to be hard for me to carry to my car, so I was very disappointed that I had to go inside and was not even provided a cart when my order took two employees to carry out the back. Had to leave my order unattended to go pick up a cart"
"I typically browse the Target App for clothes for my kids. It's fashionable, mostly affordable and durable. Not to mention the return policy for Cat & Jack. The 4 stars are because I've noticed that when browsing for kids clothes there are "third party" companies also showing up and the results are like over a thousand. I simply want to know what is in store. I realize you can filter by "Target Brand" but that'll only get you Cat & Jack, Art Class and I believe All Motion. It leaves out Disney clothing brand that is in store and other brands they have in store. I can also filter by "pick up" or "in store" but it'll only show me what's in my selected store and I feel like I'm missing out on things. Just my two cents here. "

"Target local Baybrook Store has horrible customer service during holiday hours at 9pm. They store reflects its open yet you can’t get a soul to answer the phone especially that we needed to speak to someone over a recent failed Target same day delivery service. Would not recommend using if you expect basic items to be selected and delivered a few miles away from the store and arrived damaged. "
