"The app said my order was ready, we went to the store with a crying baby. Upon clicking check in it asked us 10 questions that could’ve been answered prior to leaving or on my profile. The order was delivered, but only one item was actually ready! So we were forced to leave and order to come back later. However, 30 seconds down the road, we received a notification that the order was ready for pick up again. Horrible experience. "
