Our favorite spot for diapers and groceries!

"Our family loves the gift card promos that run on diaper and wipes purchases! We have two little ones both in diapers and using target pickup for our diaper and grocery needs takes the chaos out of shopping with kids. Our pickup orders are always ready within the quoted time and delivered within moments of pulling up to the store. In 30 minutes or less I can pickup groceries, get home, and get dinner on the table! "

Poor pickup for a great (online) purchase

"Navigating the app and searching for the product I was looking for was excellent. My default store was fully out of the product and the app quickly and accurately navigated me to a nearby store that had the product I wanted in inventory. I thought the pickup option was best to 1) be able to hold my product in case it ran out and 2) pickup would be quick for a one item purchase (or so I thought!). Upon arrival there were 4-5 people ahead of me and when I saw their purchases, they were small one item pickups as well. However, the entire process took a good 25minutes total. About 3-4 employees were working the station and at one point, they let an elderly woman walk out of the store upon receiving her pickup with the security tag on so that she would have either walked past the sensors and alarms would go off or she would’ve gotten home unable to open and utilize her purchase. Fortunately, a few standing on the line noticed before she walked through the sensors and brought it to her attention so that she could advise the staff. It just seemed really sloppy and poorly run. "

Bad experience

"They charge more money from my debit card.
And went to complain about it. But they don't care and didn't give me my money back.
(It was suppose the total of $74, but they charge $93 my anger is that they also send me a receipt of the total they took of my card ($74) but when I checked my back account it was charged $93 dollars.

Extremely Poor Service!

"A simple thing…..fill an online submitted pick-up order, notify the customer it’s ready and all’s good. Instead, items showing in stock aren’t actually available and customer is never notified of this. Customer has to make contact and inquire as to why no notification. Like they say: “What a way to run a business!”. "

Waiting to pick up and order while employees walked by, not a one offering to help

"Went to pick up and order at Westgate Target, stood at the pickup window for several minutes while a woman was busily packing up orders and studiously ignoring me. I finally asked her is there was someone who could help me pickup my order and she said she could not. So then I asked, could she call someone who could. She did and I stood there for several more minutes (along with another person who was behind me in line). Finally someone came along and took my information and went to get my order. All this time there employees walking back and forth and not one stopped to see if I was being helped.
Providing a good customer experience should be everyone's job, not just the person at the pickup window. The folks at Westgate Target did not get that memo.

Horrible

"
I had a horrible experience with Helen, an employee here. I apologize about the long review, and would like you to please check the cameras as well. I had a Target drive-up order which included a bar of soap. The soap is the "Beloved Cherry Blossom & Tea Rose Bath Bar Soap" which comes in a package with an open front. When I drove up to pick up my order, the first thing that Helen said was "next time, you need to let us know when you're on your way" in a very frustrated voice. When I got my order, I looked at the soap and saw that it was all scratched up. This package has an open front so I assumed maybe some children had scratched it or someone else while shopping because it clearly had nail prints dug into it.

When I went back inside the store to do an return for store credit, a blonde male employee was super nice and told me I could just leave the item with him and come back with the same item to do an easy even exchange. When I came back after finding the item (in another color, because the pink one I bought was out of stock), he was not there and Helen, who was, was extremely rude to me. I told her what happened and she demanded a receipt. When I told her that the soap was scratched she said "oh really" and didn't apologize and looked angry. I told her I didn't have a receipt but that the bag my item was in had a barcode on it (the one from curbside pickup). She said "that doesn't work for me, I need a *receipt*" in an extremely condescending tone. Mind you, she is the one that brought out this item in the drive-up before I had to park my car, come inside, look for a replacement, etc. so she knows I paid for this item.

I also know that receipts aren't required for store credit so I thought it was odd that she continued to demanded one. I opened up my app and showed her the order on my target app to which she said "yeah I said I need a RECEIPT" (again). All this to exchange to a bar of soap which she brought me that had someone's nail marks dug into it. I ended up finding the bar code for the receipt and told her I want to do an exchange and she said "I don't think you're getting anything or an exchange because you're not the one that paid for this, circle rewards did". I used a target circle reward I had from making many purchases, and used this reward to buy the soap that I wanted to try. Helen was extremely condescending and rude.

I ended up asking to just return the pink soap because it, again, had someone's nails dug into it and when she did the return, she printed a receipt that showed that $3.59 was from target circle rewards and that my refund would be $0. She held up the receipt in the guest service area (I presume there is a camera there, please check the footage) to point and said “you see? Zero. You’re not getting anything back”.

I told her that I think I will be receiving a credit in my app and she said “no, you won’t, because YOU didn’t pay for it and rewards and gift cards are one time use ONLY” in a horrible intonation. This was after I asked her if we could just do store credit to make things easier so that I could rebuy the soap that wasn’t scratched into with someone’s nail marks.

I told her that I would wait a few minutes to see if the money would reload back into my target account. Once it did, I showed her. She once again was extremely rude to me and said “no, it didn’t, it says you have a DOLLAR”, emphasizing the word “dollar” loudly. I told her, no, (she read incorrectly but I didn’t want to say this, so I just pointed on the app and said “no, it says I *saved a dollar and however many cents this year, that’s what that says”, I have $3.59 in rewards). I’d like to buy the pink soap with my rewards”.

She scanned the pink soap and then told me there was a *difference* that I owed. I asked why there was a difference when the soaps were the same price and she confidently told me it was because I had “only one dollar in rewards” *again*. I told her, no, I have 3.59 which is what it shows in the app *again*. She told me “well then it’s because you must have gotten it on sale or something”. I asked if we could do a price adjustment just to make them the same price because I just wanted to exchange the soap since the first one, (mind you the one she brought out was scratched with someone’s nails), was scratched and had someone’s nails dug into it. She said “no, you owe a $1/$2 difference on the soap and that’s the price. I can’t do anything to change that”.

When I asked her to speak to a manager she said “well a manager is only going to tell you the same thing I did, that’s just the price of the item”. She didn’t allow me to speak to a manager when I requested one which was insane to me. I understand having a bad day but from beginning to end, she was extremely condescending and was super rude, and spoke in a mocking tone the entire time especially when she repeatedly said “YOU did NOT pay for this, ta

Slipping on customer service...Need to double check

"Not a good experience this time. My original order was messed up. Christiana store gave me a trash can with the wrong lid. I took it back to Dover store and ordered a different one. Dover store notified me that order was ready so I go to curbside and wait in designated spot then after about 10 minutes my order says cancelled so I had to take the baby (who was sleeping) out of the car to find out why my time was wasted. Find out that order was cancelled because the trash can didn't have a lid..the trash can that I took back earlier was still there. The lid from the original order for the trash can for the second order. Although everything worked out, the whole experience was frustrating. You all have got to do better, please. "

FEDEX STINKS

"PLEASE CRACK DOWN ON FEDEX OR SWITCH TO UPS. RARELY DOES FEDEX FOLLOW DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS. THIS TIME TWO BOXES OF CAT LITTER WERE DROPPED AT THE BOTTOM OF MY DRIVEWAY. BOTH THE OUTER BOX AND TWO CAT LITTER BOXES WERE VERY DAMAGED. I SPENT NEAR AN HOUR AT NIGHT TIME TRYING TO CLEAN CAT LITTER FROM MY NEWLY PAVED DRIVEWAY. MY DRIVEWAY WAS JUST PAVED A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO WHICH MADE THIS DELIVERY EXPERIENCE A NIGHTMARE.
