I enjoy the fact that I can accrue 1% back with the Target circle app, and I find that the wallet feature is so convenient. It keeps everything in one place, all of my circle offers, gift cards, and payment methods. It tracks my purchases, I dont even need to bring my receipt back for store returns because its all in the app! And drive-up is a blessing. Thank you Target!"

"First the send me an email with a tracking # that doesn't work. THEN, the send me an email telling item was delivered when it wasn't. When I called to follow up, the 1st person I talked to said those questions were beyond his expertise (his name was Leo), so he transferred me to someone else who said that those were automatic generated emails! What?!! An automatic generated email that said and item was delivered??? That doesn't make sense. He said that happens all of the time, give it a couple more days.
Why would I be given a usps tracking # that doesn't exist AND then send me an email saying item was delivered, but it really wasn't? None of this makes sense, and Target could care less. This was a gift for someone. These email updates meaning nothing!!"

Bad delivery service from FedEx often package was left outside or stolen opened and items missing. Some days no show.
Recalled cat food sold and my cat died from it. I have no way to go in person to this or any store. Target doesn't care. Big corporate who cares nothing about people."
"I need to drive 45 minutes pick up helmet. The bike got canceled after I bought it. They sold to many. It won't let me have it delivered. Which was a choice when I bought the bike. Now I have a helmet and no bike for my granddaughter. Just sad"
"Beware delivery if the items are food, especially frozen food in my case. Delivery person silently opened a noisy gate and crept silently to the door without ringing the doorbell. Fortunately I got to the door in time before it all defrosted. Could have been a disaster. I promise you it's all true. "

"I needed a power converter for the car, and the website said there were two at a location about 30 minutes from my house. I ordered the item about 30 minutes before the store closed. In the morning, I drove to the location without receiving an email from Target letting me know the item was ready for pick-up. When I arrived, the person at the pick-up counter told me the website was mistaken, there were no inverters available, and that I should have received an email. I looked in my inbox and spam folders, and there was no email. I love the convenience that technology provides when it works, but when it doesn't it can be a very frustrating experience."
