"Though my online experience was simple and hassle-free. The shipment was a little insulting to say the least. Even though my product were shoes, it was very clear they were package or handled with care. The tape on the package was seemingly already ripped when I it is normally taped securely from end to end. Once the box was opened, the shoes were all over the box, you couldn’t tell what shoe boxes they came in. It was so disorderly, I had to look at the bottom of each shoe to make sure they were new and unworn. I love shopping at Target and I love how convenient it is. But, the experience needs to be top tier from the time of selection and purchase to delivery and unboxing. "

"I am 62 YO with no operational car. I order what I need and feel if the drivers gets to chose from the list what they will deliver ****. Soon as Steven got my order he cancelled my cases of water. The water was in stock and I did say ok to substitute. I guess he say a video where the delivery people refuse to deliver waters because they don't want to carry the cases and unfortunately this is not the first time it gas happened to me. But it will not happen again. I cancel the entire order."
"Delivery date has come and gone. Target still showing same expected delivery date. The delivery carrier shows they do not possess items yet but a ticket has been made and unable to give a delivery date at this time."

"I purchased $50 worth of merchandise on December 4th. The app said that my order would have to be split in half, one half would come on the 7th and one would come in the 8th (today), yesterday I didn’t receive anything and today I haven’t received anything. The app and ups doesn’t say anything as to why my packages haven’t arrived yet nor when they will. I needed the first package yesterday but it never came. I just wasted $50. If you need anything from target just go in person. The online customer service is terrible and they don’t tell you anything. "
