"I received six of my Stanley’s damaged that I ordered on the new release that came out on 6/24 when I received them they were all wrapped in brown rough paper and no other packaging just thrown on top of each other. When I took them out and started taking the brown paper off, I could see the scratches all over the cups, which this was NOT the right type of packaging to use for tumblers at all! They were not even in Individual boxes or nothing. Seen in my Stanley groups where many others had this same problem and then there was others who received them individually boxed, which is how they should be shipped, in boxes period! Will be sharing a post and pictures in my groups to show people this is what you get when you purchase with Target & then they want you to keep damaged products for 10% off!! "

"I pre ordered 2 items . The items were charged to my card . 3 weeks later I got an email saying we are unable to process the order with the card they had on file . They had already charged me . Looking back it seems I was refunded the money . There was plenty of money still on that card and they said I had to update with a new card . So I called target and they said it was a mistake . So 2 days later they cancel my order . The same day I pre order again with the same card . This is ridiculous. "

"Ordered online for in-store pick up. Arrived at store mid-day and no associate at order pick up desk. Had to search for an employee to assist and when an employee was located, they acted as if I was a major disturbance in their day. Ordering me back to the pick up desk, it took another 10 minutes (I timed it on my phone), for an associate to appear and AGAIN acted as though my presence was an inconvenience. I suppose it was just too high of an expectation to be treated as an appreciated patron. Will NOT be using online ordering/store pick up at Target again. In fact, I'll resort to shopping at a retail location more inclined to treat customers as a valuable part of their service."

"I purchased AirPods from Target they were the same price as other stores but they were offering $10 to your target account if you had them shipped. It only took 2 days to come so I did it . My credit card was pending of $204.71 which is a tax rate of 7.75% after I received my item they recharged my card $209.46 which is 10.25% .. I went on a chat with Target and they said I get taxed from the store I order from which is 7.75%.. I’m really not happy that they did this and how many other people they did this too. I’m thinking about bringing them back to Target and returning them and the can keep there $10 or should I say $5.25 now . "
