Damaged items

"I ordered a great deal of books for my two smaller children . Once I received my package and opened it I was very dissatisfied with the quality of how my items were shipped . Not only were my two books shoved inside a box that couldn’t fit both items . One of my books came ripped straight down the spine literally falling apart the moment I took it out of its package and my second book came dented and disfigured from being stuff in the bottom of the box. I hope my next set of books that are supposed to be arriving soon are shipped in a better quality than the books I received a few days ago."

Never seen an order messed up so badly

"I ordered 5 items for same day delivery. Every 2 hours I got a notice that they can't deliver in the promised time slot.
Eventually 3 of the 5 items showed up. The other two, the ones I needed were cancelled.

You should be ashamed

"When I was in the store I was shopping for a plain black polo for work. I inquired about the price at checkout because there was conflicting signs(I was buying it either way) and the cashier was so unbelievably rude and said “for a 2XL they should charge you more.” I have struggled with my weight for the past 3 years and it really really upset me. My 7&5 year old daughter were with me and saw I was visibly distraught so I just hurried up and left the store. I will be placing a Google review for the Greensburg location and hoping someone from corporate calls me back. I will be telling all of my family of this experience and friends and colleagues as well. This was unacceptable. "

FedEx delivery

"I live 20 from Buffalo, NY. Half my Target order was coming from the Buffalo area. Target emailed me that my order was picked up on June 26th and would be delivered the next day on the 27th. When I checked the FedEx tracking on the 28th, it had been sent to Syracuse, NY. Today is June 30th and the tracking number said my order is in Phoenix, AZ. My grandson’s birthday is tomorrow and I DON’T have his gift!!!"

Website and store NEVER match inventory

"I waste my time shopping the site, order the product, then instantly I get an email saying out of stock. This happens more time than not. Lame. Target takes the fun out of online shopping. It's not hard to keep the site inventory updated with the store. And it's not that an employee searched out my product on the floor, found it and saw it was out of stock and went back to the computer and canceled the order. I got the cancel email immediately. This does not make people want to spend more time on your lame site. This is why I stopped shopping at Target. "

Quickest delivery order from placement to delivery I've ever made!

"I usually don't order from Target, for delivery, but have been getting less than stellar results from stores I do pay for memberships. Target's entire delivery order checkout process seems to be the smoothest, by far. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the Shipt portion of the service, but that too was phenomenal. My shopper was so wonderfully communicative and accessible. It's also nice knowing the same shopper is delivering your order. As opposed to other stores where your items are sitting, waiting for the store to find an available driver (even though you've reserved a specific delivery timeslot). Then once they pick up, you're waiting upwards of 2+ hours, for your frozen items, while your driver is delivering to 4 other people before you. With Target, from start to finish, I ordered and had my items within 2 hours. This was even on a Saturday morning. So very satisfying!"

Missing Item

"Everything was fine until I got my drive up order. One item was missing out of the bag. I went in to retrieve the missing item at the desk and the person told me to go find the item on the floor and if I didn’t find it they would refund me. I did drive up bc I looked a mess and it was convenient. I had to size down because I couldn’t find my size in the item in the floor, even though the size I ordered was fulfilled in my original order. I didn’t want to be there any longer so I just took the replacement and left. "
