She helped me get it on the app on my phone so I could save the 10% on the 2 gift cards that I was buying. She was so helpful ."

"Shopping online is suppose to be efficient and quick. Online at target still carries listings of items that are no longer available. Waste of my time to see that.
I also expect same day deliver to be just that. No a day later. That’s why u pay the $9.99

"I ordered 4 gifts of Christmas ornaments for Family members with a gift note to each one.
I was notified o 2 deliveries. Both called to inquire if I sent them. No gift message included on package or in them. One recipient found an email with the gift note in their spam folder.
One received Christmas ornaments with a clearly defective finish.
To top it off I'm now subjected to daily spam offers from Target.
So not a great first time Target experience. The other 2 gifts status is unknown.
Will not continue to shop at Target.

"Promised 2-day shipping. I ordered my package on Nov 27th 2023. It is now December 2nd and no package has been delivered. It is super frustrating to make a purchase and have no idea when it will be delivered. FedEx keeps pending the package. No attempts have been made. It’s extremely frustrating when retailers aren’t up front about shipping anymore. Apparently, Target hasn’t had to fully address dropping the ball with false advertising with shipping speeds yet. "
