"I got a medium in one item that could have fit a 250 lb man and I am a 130 lb woman and then there are larges that barely fit.
It’s also difficult to narrow down searches. They give you filters, but you are still shown items that you shouldn’t be based on the filters and there are so many thousands of products that it’s overwhelming.
I just want to find what I am looking for not have to sift through a bunch of crap like going through a good will.
Also, tracking of shipments is not at all reliable or helpful."

Then hours later when my product was suppose to arrive, I receive a message that my order was not able to be processed due to item being "out of stock." "On Cyber Monday I bought vast amount of toys to give to the less fortunate. My package arrived minus the one from each purchase of a "buy two get one free". Instead I was given a discount price becausei didn't buy 3 items to get third item free. Nowhere did I see I had to buy 3 items to get third item free, only said buy two. Almost 40 minutes with customer services to be told Target has the right to supplement an alternative to free item. Not too far off with Target trying to offer Black Friday deals which were previously priced sale items with tags behind black Friday tags. Other competitors assistance was much more accommodating with issues. Target lost my businesses. "

"I used same day delivery, and one of the items I had bought I guess happened to be unavailable. I wasn't aware of this, because my shopper texted me saying he completed my order and was headed my way, so I assumed all was well. I realized something was missing, but I didn't make a big deal about it because it wasn't charged to my account. Another item I had bought, however, was also missing, but when I checked the receipt, happened to be replaced with another much more expensive item. I've had shoppers in the past text me and ask if I wanted to replace an object if it wasn't there or if I just wanted to take it off the receipt and not get charged, but this shopper did not do that and instead made me spend an extra $30 on something I never even asked for! The worst part is, Target doesn't understand this and I have to go return the object if I want a refund. I think Target should immediately refund me regardless because someone used my money to buy something for me that I did not ask for."

"Will not be ordering anything from Target online again! First, I ordered a package containing a vinyl record and the box was in shambles, plus the record was literally split down the middle. Then, I submitted for a replacement and they sent a CD and the system updated the order for that. Called to say I got the wrong item, and even though I submitted photos, they said their system shows a CD and not the original vinyl I purchased --- EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PHOTO PROOF AND SUBMITTED THAT WITH THE REPLACEMENT REQUEST!!!! So then, I get refunded for the price of the CD which is less than the price of the vinyl. Granted, I bought it with a buy 2 get 1 free special but I would never have bought a cd because of the low value so I lost in my savings that I would've gotten with the Vinyl record. Then they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to purchase the vinyl record from them and I said no way, I'm already out my expected savings and it's only going to show up damaged anyways. I will never purchase from Target.com again and I certainly wouldn't recommend anybody purchasing anything fragile as it won't be packaged properly and be sent broken, and avoid the nightmare of trying to explain to the help center because they won't take hard evidence over their system's and warehouse faults.

"I was surprised and impressed with the variety of deep discounted sale items this month for the annual after Thanksgiving Day promotions. What made it even better was the fact that many of the deals were not a "one day only" event. A lot of discounted merchandise was available for up to a week. I was so happy that I FINALLY was able to purchase a Ring Camera for my front door. I have been stalking them for a year, patiently waiting for a sale and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the online Target circular had the exact one I wanted deeply discounted for under $50!! The regular price is $99. I quickly placed it in my online basket and purchased it immediately. I then called my sister and my daughter to let them know about the sale. My sister also purchased the same one like mine. My daughter surprised me and purchased the echo indoor device that pairs with the Ring as an early Christmas present to me. It shipped to my house a couple of days earlier than, I expected and because I used the Target Red Card, shipping was free! I am so happy with the purchases and I will be setting everything up today while the rechargeable battery is getting charged right now. I will let you know in a future post if the Ring camera and indoor monitor lives up to my high expectations and standards."
