"This was the worst experience I have ever had!! I had a simple 3 item pick up order to be brought out to my car. When I arrived at the store the parking spaces were full. On the app it says, cant find a space click here. I did. It then told me to park near the pick up spaces and turn on my hazards. I did this. I sat there for over 20 minutes watching other guests come and go with their orders. I did not move into an open space because the app does not allow you to update that you have moved to a space number. I had to get the attention of one of your associates and tell him I had been waiting for my order. He said he could not find me and that he took it back inside. I told him what the app directed me to do and he apologized and told me he was never trained on that. I asked to speak to a manager to let them know what happened. 10 more minutes go by and I am still waiting for my order. Another associate comes out and rudely gives me my order saying we are super busy and a manager will be out. I continue to wait and nothing. I called the store and was placed on a very long hold. I did not get to speak to a manager but this whole situation is ridiculous. "
"Normally looking certain Items up is easy, but this time it was giving me difficulties. I am aware the sales and a lot more online shoppers must have something to do with it. "

"Upon delivery my Airpods were stolen. Between packaging and delivery someone took My daughter's bday gift. Very angry Target here's a suggestion.. give the buyer an option to place valuables in an incognito packaging cover so sticky finger people don't win. Protect your buyers all the way to the door for deliveries."
