"I purchased a motherboard/CPU combo for my neighbor's computer (one of their parents paid for the parts as a Christmas gift). The motherboard was DOA - the PC these items were in hard locked after being on for awhile (and the lockups would increase in frequency the longer it had been on.) I tested the proc in one of my my PCs and it worked flawlessly. The motherboard had also been powered up previously (it had a current date and time - after jumpering the motherboard as a troubleshooting step, it had a different date and time.) Not only that, the combo had a burned CD as the motherboard driver CD. I bought another motherboard from a local vendor (the thing had to be up by christmas), and the machine had no problems. I then sent a fax from Kinkos (the only way to RMA items to them is by fax) and that cost 5 bucks. After numerous emails to them (only the last one was answered, and that was because I threatened them with the better business bureau and the BSA for the copied disk), they agreed to refund my money when they recieved the board. I sent the board back return recipt requested (11 dollars), and eventually got a 27 dollar refund (two months after buying the combo and spending 16 dollars in faxes and shipping).
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"
"Liars and Thieves!!!! Do not buy!!! Paid 'good money' for 1 GIG of Samsung ram... They changed my order to "elixir" (generic) ram and charged me the same price!!! They won't give me a full refund, so now I am stuck with RAM I don't want.
BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!! They also like to play the 'please hold' game and leave you there...
Save yourself the frustration...
And, the "very satisfied" below from "Fireres" is obviously posted from their Russian tech... yet another scam.
"
"BEWARE of this company. They took over a month to fill my order. The items I ordered were defective and I was charged $30 to return their defective merchandise. They play an old game of shipping defective merchandise and then charge you a restocking fee when you have to return it. BEWARE."
"This is the worst company ever. It takes them for ever to complete the order. I received my order 17 days after I order. I had many problems with them. I had to make at least 5 calls to get them to even ship my order. When I received my order the entire order was incorrect. I had to call an additional 2 times to get them to have it picked up. Never, I repeat, NEVER order from this company they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They do NOT deserve your business, and should be banned from Price Watch."
"Well I ordered from them in august. After multiple tries to talk to someone from this company, I eventually did get someone on the line who barely spoke english. I kept asking when my product would be shipped as I had been waiting well over 2 weeks. They always said "Oh it should be out tomorrow!" Was it ever? No. I eventually did get the item. But they were terrible! Then there was the matter of overcharging my card. This overdrew my account and i got charged a $25 fee from my bank. So again, it was back to calling them. After I finally got ahold of someone they argued with me that i was not overcharged. Until I threatened to submit an incedint to the BBB, they finally said they would refund the amount (~$7). I then told them that I also wanted the $25 for the fees I incurred to there negligence. They outright refused and hung up on me. After multiple tries to get reimbursed, i gave up. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!
And have you noticed all the positive evaluations are from people with only 1 comment? Hmm...seems fishy!"
"Excellent deal, great people to deal with, this is not my first purchase from Target USA, and I have always been satisfied. You can always reach them on the phone and they are very helpfull. I would highly recommend them."
"Purchased a motherboard listed at pricewatch as a retail box MSI k7n420, also purchased the memory and cpu/hsfan. Recieved order confirmation but no order number. After 4 days no contact and my account charged I called and requested status of the order and a invoice number. I was asked to hold while the order was checked and was informed that the items were in stock and my order was to be shipped the following day I would be recieving confirmation and tracking info that or the next day. The next day came and went and I recieved no information. Finally on the 23rd I was sent a email listing the items I purchased and a fed ex tracking number. It stated the items were sent on the 23rd. Two days later and 9 days after placing the order the fed ex package arrived. It contained a box for a msikt333 motherboard and the box with the hs/fan inside the motherboard box was a k7n415 motherboard the cpu and memory. The manual was printed from a computer. The items that are included with all MSI boards such as the floppy cable the 80pin ide cable the diagnostic connector and the additional usb ports were missing the connector for the spdif or the cnr card were also missing. In short this was not by any stretch of the imagination a new or oem board. There was not even the slightest attempt to make it appear that it was refurbished. The bios version was almost current. MSI shipped it with the initial version. And the driver cd was not included. I was not able to spend the time I would have liked "correcting" the problems with this place but I fortunatly was able to locate the items which I needed to install the board. To my astonishment it actually worked but I have to say that this place is overdue for a lawsuit and at the very least pricewatch could take notice of scams like this one. It has completely changed the image that comes to my mind when I browse the listings at the top of pricewatch's ads. I don't find the advertisers at the top so tempting and now go to the first REPUTABLE dealer on the list and with whom I have previously done business with. I just cannot justify the savings with even one more experience like this one. HERE that PRICEWATCH CLEAN UP YOUR SITE."
"Hello everybody who use this board! : )
I was browsing though resellers, I like. Decided to live a good experience fed back with guys, who did a nice job for me. Over all, I purchased from Target USA 6 motherboard kits – 3 in each order and 2 bare bone systems. Got all, nice sufficient way. Can’t tell you that I have any problems, as long as I know what I’m buying and how to put it together. Their web site offers perfect price, but a bit difficult to work with. I had to call to confirm version of the product (motherboard in my case), in most of the situations.
I can certainly recommend buying parts from them! Bare bone systems are even better. I saved a lot of hours on assembling and testing : )
TARGET USA - thanks for your price and peace of advice from sales!

"I bought a system from Target on June of last year. I ordered it with no Op system. Right out of the box it had bad memory, but fortunately I had a stick and after a few hours I had it up and running. Called Target, they said wrong memory, sent me another one, IT was WRONG also. Talked to original tech support guy. He couldn't believe they sent the wrong one, but he looked it up and agreed they did. Many apologies, and they sent the right kind a few days later. Of course, no refund of my shipping for the two wrong sticks..BUT I got what I paid for..low budget box, with some of the components being off-brands I don't recognize, but they do work..Overall I'd say I'm happy, but I'd do more research before I bought another box again to see what comes in it..overall Target was OK for me..."
">>>DO NOT ORDER FROM TARGET USA"
"Please do not buy from Target USA. Their advertised prices on "Pricewatch" are good but they shipped me a defective processor and are blaming me for damaging it and are refusing to replace it.
I noticed in a previous post that they were blaming another individual for cracking an oscillator. This is the same story that I was fed. As an electrical engineer with 35 years experience, I think that I can install a CPU into a ZIF socket without damaging it.
Buyer beware they do not want to stand behind the product they sell."
"This company is pathetic. Not only did they send the wrong products, but the ones they did send were DEFECTIVE! After sending the pile of junk they called a computer back to them it took well over a week to credit my credit card. Not to mention they didn't answer emails very often, nor try to get back to me after I left phone messages, which, by the way, is a toll call! Stay away from this business, you'll only be disappointed."
"Gentlemen, thanks again for another great board. The Epox KL-133M, I Just received, is an easy install although I believe the Chaintech Ipurchased earlier is a little more forgiving, probably due to a more simplestic design as related to the lack of onboard video and the default voltages on the Chaintech sem to help stabilize the performance. The Epox value will be hard to beat and is also very good with some minor tweaking.
They are both great mobos for the money and are more than adequit!!!!!!
Excellent shipping notification and professional online sites are a definite plus for Target-Sale.
Hope to do more business in the future!!!!!!!
GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!
Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!"
"Target USA
Thank you for your prompt attention to my order, and thank you for honoring the Pricewatch.com prices. I bought parts for a computer system ( motherboard combo, case, memory, FDD). I got Duron 950 instead of 900 for no extra charge. Two days later I had a problem with Power supply. Technician helped me to install it for no charge. I am happy with a system. In the future if there's anyone who ask me for computer parts, Target is the one I will recommend"
"I believe these folks are not bad guys. I live near the place where this company is located, too. About a couple of weeks ago I found a great deal on OEM MSI GeForce 3Ti 200 graphics card on their website and visited their store. Card was in stock and I purchased one. I got brand new, factory sealed RETAIL BOX for the price of OEM. Great deal! Absolutely no problems, my new graphics card works just fine. Thank you guys!"
