"Beware, this is a corrupt company that also goes by "Arsenal PC". With staggering evidence against them they finally conceded fault and agreed to refund the restocking fee. 8 months and still no refund. Their website states that they agree to cancel if done within 24 hours. I canceled in time, sent three follow up mails, which they replied to. They still shipped it. The motherboard that arrived was used!!! I coughed up $30 in shipping from and back to their location, plus a restocking fee. I still call, and they still say "we will forward your problem to accounting". Poor communication between departments, which is good for business; escape refunds by passing off the blame to other departments while absolving them by not letting you speak to them."

"These guys are a bunch of thieves. They do business under the name Arsenal PC also. They advertised an Athlon XP Thoroughbred Processor but tried to send me a Palomino core, and a used one at that! I sent it back only to receive another Palomino. They are playing the bait and switch game for sure. I will NEVER do any business with them again. "

"Very bad product, send me faulty product and refuse to refund 100%, refuse to admit faulty. I have to pay re-stocking + shipping fee for faulty product to get refund.

I will never buy from them.

"I ordered 2 identical motherboards and a CPU. I had issues with 1 motherboard. It started up fine, went to the BIOS then froze. I swapped memory and Videocards and the problem still existed called tech cupport and informed them of a blackend heat sensor, so they said "it sounds like a burnt out sensor". They give me a RMA number and then inform me that it was not the sensor. Oh by the way 25 dollars to get your board back. But they also said they would be happy troubleshoot more components so mail us more so we can charge you more. The board should be supported for 90 days regardless for free. How many companies do you deal with they have this policy of. We will support what we sell but it will cost you. I am extremely irrate and wished I had never done business with this company. There sitenames are: target-usa & target-sales. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!"

"I did not get the product that I ordered, so I had sent it back. I got no confirmation for weeks, so I finally decided to call. I got ahold of technical support on the phone and thankfully it was an American guy. No beef, but I do not like talking to middle eastern sales personnel who are going to try to rip you out of every dollar you have (even after the problem is found to be theirs and all the shipping costs you incurred).

All of the problems were worked out and we had determined that due to their fault, I won't get charged a restocking fee for the refund. I was going to get a replacement but they were out of stock on what I wanted, which is all good. I await the refund as we speak. Overall it wasn't great, but it was acceptable.

"I got a GeForce 4 TI 4400 from them and everything was fine till it got to my house. When they said it was OEM I thought it would at least be in a box but the only box it was in was the Fed-Ex one and even then it was damaged. Now I don't know if they're going to replace it being I got it after they closed but I'am not even going to try and see I'am going to talk to MSI about them replaceing it under warranty. "

"This company is simply the worst I've ever dealt with. I ordered a motherboard, processor, and heatsink/fan on 8/9/03 and requested 3 day delivery. After two weeks of calling and inquiring about my order, checking up on them through the BBB, referencing this site (ALWAYS check ResellerRatings before ordering - lesson learned), they cancelled my order. No notification of any sort. I told them if they couldn't get the parts in and shipped out, to cancel it and confirm it with me.

I was guaranteed on 3 different occassions that my order would ship the next day and arrive within the three day shipment period I'd requested. I was lied to three times. "Mike" finally admitted that the motherboard I'd ordered wasn't in stock, but they expected it 'tomorrow'.

Thankfully, when they did cancel my order, they gave me a full refund on my credit card. That's the only thing they did right.

NEVER order from this company.

"What a joke! I ordered a cpu & mobo combo a week ago today and still no shipped merchandise! I called their customer support person and was told my merchandise would be at my house today 8-15-03 its not here! I called this morning and talked to "Russ" who told me that it would ship today and they would e-mail me a tracking number. Guess what? Nadda, nothing, zip,etc... THis company is nothing but a bunch of lieing jerks. I have been lied to twice in the same week. I will NEVER order a single thing from these people ever again. If you are thinking about buying from this company don't do it unless you like lies, no replies to your e-mails and no timely shipping. "

"This company is horrible! I called this company on 8/6/03 to order a part I needed in three days. The rep told me to order it online and pay 15.00 shipping for 32.00 item (msi kt266 motherboard) and I would have it in three days. Well a couple of days later I called them becuase I hadn't recieved a tracking number and low and behold they hadn't even shipped it yet and the only way I could get the item I orderd, by the day I was told I would get it, was to pay 12 more dollars to have it overnighted. So I ended up paying nearly 60.00 for a 32.00 item.

Now being an understanding person and a business owner I understood that mistakes and misunderstandings happen. So on that note, I asked the rep if there were anything would be willing to do to make this up to me like, give me 10.00 off my next purchase or even 10% off but they wouldn't even do that for me.

So buyer beware...If you order from this company...Expect problems and Don't expect them to try to help you. There is no customer service at this company. Buy at your own risk.
