"Beware. I purchased system in January 2002 and have had constant stability problems, resulting in 5 clean reinstalls of Windows. Power supply died and after initially saying warranty was only valid for one year, it was replaced under three year warranty I had in hand.

System was still unstable so I tested RAM. One module was very bad and Target issued an RMA. But after I sent the part back, they said the warranty was "limited" and I would have to purchase a new module. Warranty never said memory wasn't covered and the module was returned with a sticker that said "warranty void if sticker removed." Well, the sticker wasn't removed and I would never buy from them again based on my experience.

For all you newbies who haven't bought from them before, don't!
People put on your thinking cap, if they screwed you with BS like restocking fee, give run arounds like very slow to reply/refund and act busy even when their not. bottom line, this company is just one bad apple even worse then a fart. I have a debit card and I am more then screwed, since whether they give me back refunds or not, I am at a complete loss here :(
They make money whether its junk or rocks out of the boxes, it just so morally wrong! I would be happier giving that money away without dealing with this bs! In other words, its better to forget about asking any refunds, it really isn't worth it! nor is it good for your health as it can really put you on flames realizing there is nothing you can do but rant!

sounds like them doesn't it? funny if they are so good, why doesn't the same apply to me? Is it because this is made up to scam even more unsuspecting buyers who have no experiences with this company whatsoever. Everyone gets screwed at least once before they know they are not what these satisfied reviews claim them to be! Oh well, just want you all to be more suspicious of their wrong doing and this is going too far, upping their rating is very illegal and if I am right, they should get sued really bad! for all the money they have stolen from us!

"WOW i had no idea that anybody had any problems with this company. I HAVE HAD NONE and only one delay! I have been ordering from them for over a year now with only one 2 week delay. I have made probably 10 MB/CPU combo purchases in the last year and they are always on time and always what i ordered or better. And with only 1 RMA which was a fast turnaround. When it comes to reliability and consistency they have been the best in comparison to all others i deal with. In fact I try to order all my MB/CPU combos from them because of this. And thats not to say they are usually the cheapest price as well. So I am a little disheartened to see they actually have negative feedback here as I have none to post , only good. I always check a company out before i buy however i didnt when i first started dealing with them as it was a shipping time issue and i am on the east coast as they are. "Overall, this seller was pretty good to work with. If you need to talk to a real person, your best bet is to not work with their customer service department, but call technical support.

This company did send me a slightly different motherboard than the one I ordered because they were out of the kind I ordered. After, calling technical support they agreed to have Fed Ex pick up the mother board and send me a more appropriate replacement free of charge.

I also had a few other problems due to my inexperience with computer hardware, but technical support was very good to work with.

"I purchased a barebone system from this company and recieved a used motherboard with no manual or driver disk, the first salesman gave me a hard time but another one gave mr the manual and disk, after installation the motherboard was obviously bad and I returned it, I again got a different salesman who gladly replaced the motherboard with no problems and stated if I still had problems to bring the system in and he would take a look at it."

"I purchased an AMD XP2600+ and received it in inadequate packaging and with no packing slip. I installed CPU and it was defective out of the box, with most programs not running at all. I tried CPU in a second computer with same faults found. I RMA'd unit to Target-USA and they refused warranty, saying the die was cracked. This is untrue, I carefully inspected CPU and I do not believe CPU would POST if the die was cracked. It's my word against theirs but buyer beware. I'm out over $110 with these people."
