Contacted TeePublic to let them know and they issued a reprint right away and told me to keep or donate the misprint. Service was very friendly and fast, I greatly appreciated it! I've bought multiple items from them before and never had this issue, but these things happen and now I know if I ever have concerns with a future order I can depend on their customer service team to help me!"
"I recently bought 2 tee-shirts and when they arrived they were too small. I sent a email to see if I could exchange for larger sizes and they replied that they had already put my order in for the larger sizes and I did not have to return the tee-shirts I already had to just give away or donate. What a great company!! I will definitely order from them again and let all my friends know about this experience. With the crazy way things are today its actually reassuring to see a company take so much pride in their customers! "

"I recently purchased shirts for my wife and I for an upcoming Disney trip. When they arrived, we realized they were a little too small for my wife. I contacted TeePublic, and within 24 hours they responded to my email. They said that is no issue, and they would take care of it. They sent an order of replacement shirts in the size we needed, and covered all shipping costs! They also told us to reuse the shirts that did not fit, and we have donated them to a women's shelter. Now two people are sharing the happiness. I am amazed in this day and time, there is still a company that puts customers first! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!"

"I recently moved from my hometown & tried everywhere to find a shirt like the one I purchased, because I’d been a little homesick. I honestly don’t order a lot online when it comes to clothes, because it’s so hard to know if it will fit you & the return process is a nightmare. My shirt was delivered much faster than I anticipated, but unfortunately, the shirt I ordered ended up fitting a little smaller than I was expecting. I was looking on the website to find out the return policy and found the shirt came in a color I liked better, after receiving it. I contacted customer service and they were super helpful! I was able to get a new one in the correct size and get the new color I wanted to exchange it for and I was even able to keep the one I already had! Due to Covid, it’s so hard to get anyone to help you anymore, but especially to go out of their way, and they already took care of everything before they replied back! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!"

"Andrei was amazing and did a wonderful job resolving my issues. First, I had an issue with a cancelled order where the charge still went through. Andrei was able to get it taken care of same day! As for the second issue, the quality for the screen printing were terrible for both tees. Again, Andrei helped resolve it and ordered a new set with better printing - all at no additional cost. "I needed to get some custom stickers made. I took a risk on a new company. You just never know what to expect. I'm doing a unique project and needed these stickers to complete it. I order the little ones, and expected decent quality, and just perfect squares. Instead, I got amazing quality, and each sticker was cut out, too match the shape of the images. I was not expecting that at all. These stickers don't feel custom. They look like something right out of a professional retailer. I'm beyond impressed. So impressed that I came back for more. I was worried about the price. I thought 6 bucks a sticker might be steep. Nope! These stickers are worth every penny.

"Ordered a cracking Office hoody which I couldn’t find anywhere in the UK. The shopping was really fast. Unfortunately, on arrival the size is ordered was way too big. I filled in the exchange form on the TeePublic website, expecting the process to be long and complicated as a UK buyer. However… a few hours later I received a response from TeePublic explaining that’s they’d processed a new order for the smaller size and that I could keep the original. How awesome is that!!
