"Great experience for my first order issue which was my fault. I was worried I was going to have to go through a bunch of hurdles to get the size corrected.
Instead I made the first step regarding size exchange and that was all that was required! BOOM I got a response with the new size already processed and ready to ship and allowed me to keep the wrong size!
That's what you call white glove customer service! I'll be purchasing many more as these shirts look awesome! "
"Just a fantastic experience. First, I was looking for some unique items and they nailed that. It's tough to find the iconic Warrior's line "Can you dig it." Secondly, my shirts arrived quickly, which is rare in these post-COVID chain supply days. Thirdly, I ordered the wrong size(entirely my fault) and their customer service remedied the problem within a few emails/minutes. Finally, I have to give extra props to McKayla, Melanie and Diana!! I am definitely a customer for life. "
"I love the fun designs on the tanks/ and tees from this site and foolishly ordered the wrong size and didn't realize until late the following day, I emailed about my concerns and they were surprisingly quick to respond and remedy my order as well as provide the sizing charts in each category to better inform my decision. Honestly, with so much going on in the world and all the tough situations life in general throws your way on a daily basis, it was just a really appreciated; well mannered, timely, and effective way to deal with a matter that would have been a headache for me to be stuck trying to resolve. So, I do suggest checking them out and discovering a bunch of fun, unique and funny tees and sweaters for xmas gifts :)"

"While looking for a gift for the guy who has everything, I stumbled across some cute tshirt designs on this site. So I took a chance and ordered. Shirt came in and was perfect quality and design, just ran small. I assumed I would have to just bite the bullet and pay for a new larger size, but attempted to email their customer service first. I got a response in just a few hours on a Sunday! AND they stood by their product and offered to replace for the larger size for free. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days!! "TeePublic treats its artists very, very BADLY. They ban their stores out of the blue without giving any explanation or previous warning, if they decide you broke the T&C they don't even give you the chance to fix what you're doing wrong according to them. It's just so cruel how they don't care about the hours and hours of work the artists put into their stores. After not giving you a warning or at the very least an explanation, as decent people would do, they tell you to send them an e-mail if you want to know what happened, but they can choose to ignore that mail anyway. So you have to basically beg them. You can find many complaints about this behavior on the Internet. They have been doing this for years, and they even owe some of their artists money. I wouldn't trust these people, and I really hope they start respecting other human beings soon because they clearly don't care about others."
"Ordered this shirt from them, came with white blotches all over the printed, I can't believe a person actually picked this and sent it to me, no quality control at all. Other than that the shirt is much smaller than expected and is made of extremely thin material and feels incredibly cheap. I was denied a refund by TeePublic and they will only issue credit so that i might exchange it for another equally terrible tee shirt. Rip off"
"I ordered a hoodie & measured my existing hoodies to ensure the right fit. Hoodie arrived not only at least 1 size smaller (yet correct size online) & screen print was bad - like they ran out of ink. Looked nothing like what I ordered. TeePublic was going to replace it but seller no longer makes this design so I got to pick a free replacement. I ordered a size up yet the only area that’s bigger is the arms & upper chest. The waist is almost the same - super goofy fit. Unfortunately I’ll never buy from them again & wonder how much of their merchandise ends up in the landfill. Extremely disappointed. I gave 2 stars as they want to try & make the customers happy. "
"I recently ordered a few tshirts. The selection is endless and the quality is great. Shipping was cheap and easy. I recently lost a bunch of weight and had an issue with the size and they fixed it no problem… adrian immediately returned my email to let me know they are shipping my new order!!! So easy i plan on buying several more shirts. "

"BEWARE. I tried to pay for my order 3 times and it kept declining my card and now I have 3 transactions from public tee showing they took my money. Never got a confirmation or tracking for my orders and when I contacted them they said I entered my zipcode wrong, which I did not, then said they didn't have my email address on file, but they did because they sent me an email reminder me of the items I left in my cart...
Then they finally said even if the card is declined a transaction will show on your bank account and will get me money back 3-4 business days. WHAT?!"
