"I purchased a T-shirt with a local artist's Halloween design on it. The shirt was lovely and the design was excellently applied to it, but I realized I had ordered the wrong size. I e-mailed them to ask for an exchange (expecting a reasonable "print this shipping label and send it back to us" type reply) and I got an unexpectedly amazing customer service experience instead!
They e-mailed me within a few hours simply indicating that they had sent me a new version of the shirt in the new size I requested! They also simply said that I could feel free to keep the original shirt. No exchange needed. No extra charge.
I was quite impressed and would like to encourage this kind of customer service, so I thought I'd share my excellent experience. "

"I ordered a shirt from TeePublic, and despite the fact that its specifically recommended that you order 2 sizes larger than normal, I ordered a large. It was two sizes to small. I emailed and asked what I needed to do to make an exchange, then ordered two different shirts in the 2x size. While I was waiting for the others to arrive and confirm what size I needed, they reached out to me to ask what size I needed. I replied and said I was waiting for the other two. Then a day or two after the others arrived, they emailed again to follow up, said that they could see the others had been delivered, and were wondering if I still wanted to exchange the first one! I was amazed! Then when I told I did, they sent me a replacement for the first one and told me to keep, donate or give away the one that was the wrong size. No need to return it! Amazing customer service!"
"I did not realize that there were 2 t-shirts from this same company on my to buy list and when I noticed, after I had placed the first order I sent an email asking if they could possibly combine orders to save on shipping. They offered instead to credit me the shipping on one of the orders instead! Nice!!!"

"Through no ones fault buy my own, I fat-fingered my PO Box. My order had already shipped, and according to the website the shipping couldn't be changed. Explained my quandary to Customer Service and asked to repeat my order. I was expecting a link to an order page so I could re-enter my card with the correct address.
Instead I got an email saying "No problem, your order has reshipped to the correct address"! Holy smoke, last thing I expected! Got my order today, all is perfect."
