This company is the biggest scam ever. Same day delivery is a lie. I waited for 2 days and in the end was forced to cancel the order for a refund because they finally admitted to not knowing where my order was and which florist was handling it.
Customer service is non existent. No one speaks english. Ordering online is usually easy and straight forward.
Unfortunatelty, this has been the most stressful experience I have ever faced. I had to chase customer service thru ever channel to have this sorted out and in the end with only a refund. Note i am based overseas and paid so much for these phone calls.
I hate you Teleflora for ruining my last 2 days and ruining what should have been a perfect surprise for my fiance.

"I am appalled with Teleflora and their partner florist, Countryside Florist, in Richmond, OH. I ordered a premium Christmas arrangement for my parents, but when I saw what was delivered, it contained barely enough flowers to be considered a standard arrangement. The florist claimed they received payment from Teleflora for a standard arrangement, even though I have an email confirmation that I purchased a premium arrangement. Teleflora offered me 40% off my next order, but I will never order from them again, considering the misrepresentation and dishonesty between the arrangement I paid for and the arrangement that was received. How many customers are being ripped off and don't even know it, because they never actually see the sub-par arrangements that are delivered? Do not trust this service!"
"I have had the most terrible experience with this company. I purchased a voucher through Amazon to recieve 40.00 worth of product/service. I bought product 29.99 and including 15.99service fee my total to be debited from Teleflora was 5.98 it was confirmed in the confirmation email sent after purchase. I was charged 15.99 on card. I emailed and called regarding overage. First Time I called I was treated so rudely I asked to speak with manager who after speaking with for several minutes could not explain the overage so made a guess it was just a hold placed. She said wait a few days and if hold was not lifted call my bank and dispute 10.01 extra. I received a response from Teleflora online saying charge was delivery fee. I did a breakdown of charges explained delivery fee covered in 40 voucher response was thank you for contacting us call or email if any questions. I kept emailing back and forth till finally someone acknowledged overage and on 23rd would be credited the 10.01 and a additional 9.20 for trouble instead of that was charged 30.80 on card. Had to contact Amazon and my bank to have this all resolved and have not heard a word in 4 days since my card was charged 30.80 I have sent emails pleading for help. But nothing. Buyer beware pay attention to account. I had to cancel debit card to insure no additional charges "
"I had a bad experience with the quantity of flowers in the bouquet that was sent. With the 3 choices offered, I went with the middle price and size and the bouquet sent was the smallest size. Although still beautiful I was disappointed when my mother sent me the picture. I knew it would not be identical but it looked like way less flowers. I won't be using their service again."
"I placed an order for a funeral service to be delivered on Sunday 11/23/2014. My order never arrived I was never notified about my order nor did they ever inform me why my order was ignored. Had I not called to cancel and inform them that I never received anything I don't even think they would have acknowledge my existing order and still would have charged me. Very very disappointed never will I order from this site again they did not even give me an explanation as to why my order was not delivered and didn't even offer me a solution. I would have been better off going to my local flower shop. In an event you need flowers I do not recommended anyone ordering from this site."
"The worst! I was told that my order was cancelled due to stock and refunded... Wait for it. It will take 6-8 weeks because I used paypal?!?!?! And here is the email I received from them.. A token of regret? That is my money that I paid for flower delivery that never happened!!!! I got this when I asked when my refund would be processed.

The refund should be posted to your credit card account in the next two to ten business days. If you paid using Paypal, please allow six to eight weeks for the refund to post. "
"I had a bouquet delivered to my daughter for her birthday. The one I ordered was gorgeous and I couldnt' wait for my daughter to get it. I realize that it wouldnt be identical to the one online, but I thought it would be closer than what it was. It was horrible! I actually was embarrassed when she sent me the picture. The hydrangea died in a matter of 4 hours, it was supposed to have pink roses, it had peach roses. I mean what florist doesn't carry pink roses? I won't be using Teleflora again, they lost me and my daughter as customers. "

"Worst company ever! I can't believe Amazon even sold a deal for this horrible company, it's got me questioning Amazon. I ordered flowers two weeks ago to be delivered yesterday. My flowers were never delivered. I called the customer services numbers listed and couldn't get anyone on the line. I finally did find a way to contact them and of course all they say is "we can't get ahold of the florist". I want a full refund, would never use this company again and wish I had looked online to see all the horrible reviews they had before purchasing anything from them!"

"A rating of 1 star isn't low enough for the disaster of flowers they delivered! The flowers my loved one received were not even close to the quality of the picture I ordered from nor did they hold up to the price I paid for them!! When I contacted customer service regarding my disappointment I was told I could have a 30% refund or they could pick the flowers up...those were my options from the owners none the less. Very disappointed by everything that had to do with Teleflora and will never ever buy from them again!! They are false advertising and a waste of money!!!!"
"As a local florist who is part of the Teleflora network, I believe shoppers should see what these companies do to your hard earned money. Here is a breakdown of our last 3 months worth of orders we received from Teleflora. Please take note of how much they earned and how much we earned. Then remember that we bought the flowers to fill your order and Teleflora did NOTHING. These are the dollar amounts of the total orders for each month. It doesn't even take into consideration, the fee they charge the customer for placing the order.

"Placed my order on Friday before 12 pm for same day delivery. Called to check status and was told it was too late to be delivered that day and that they would be delivered Saturday morning. By 1pm they still had not been delivered so I called and was told they would be delivered well before 5pm. By 5pm they still had not been delivered. Finally while on hold with Teleflora they were delivered at 515 pm. Will never use this service again. We as consumers are paying for a service that they are not providing. Beware never use this company if you are trying to send flowers for a loved one who is sick."

I made a mistake writing the correct address and the flowers gone missing. They sent another arrangement to my friend with no extra charge although it was my fault.
