"All was well until the trees arrived. I knew something was wrong when this small 3 ft long box X 7 inches x 7 inches arrived on my porch. Inside was tiny little 2 ft sticks with roots. (I ordered 4-5 ft trees) Most of them are so crooked they will need extra love and care. I've always ordered bare root trees, but these honestly are the worst I've ever received. This company also overcharged on the shipping by $10, not that it matters when you just got screwed over. I'm asking for a full refund and a prepaid label for the return as I do not want 2ft trees.
