"On May 3rd I ordered some plants for September delivery (the earliest delivery day offered was May 30). The next day I was informed they were shipped (note - the earliest delivery date even offered was May 30th). This started a long email chain in which they never simply apologized and said they would re-ship in September. Ironically, they actually never shipped the plants (a shipping label with UPS was generated on May 3rd but immediately canceled...however my order page still shows "Shipped"), but to this day they still claim they have... they finally said they would "re-ship" in September.
Given the repeated inability of their customer service department to communicate with their shipping department and figure out what happened, and given that my order page still shows "shipped" and given their attitude throughout that this way-too-early shipping was not their problem, I have no confidence that they will ship my plants in September. Thus, I started the process to have my credit card company back charge my payment."

"I ordered 2 pks of (5) bamboo for screening. My receipt clearly states it won't ship until 5/30. I found out this type of bamboo is very invasive so I sent a cancellation on 5/12 and 5/14. They want to charge a restocking fee even though it hasn't shipped. Go ahead and try. I have already filed a dispute with my bank and I warned them that I will take this further if necessary. I'm not on the other side of the world - it would ship quickly 1 state away. Over 2 week's notice isn't good enough? I think that signals a poor company to deal with."
