"I placed an order with TN Wholesale and delivery was 5 - 7 days. This fit my planting schedule perfectly.
Then when inquiring about the delivery date, I was told they were busy and to add another 10 - 12 days for delivery.
This was now later than I needed and had to go to local nursery for my plants.
I then canceled my order immediately and was told there was a 20% restocking fee. Not sure why, the plants were still in their
care and had not been shipped.
I was very disappointed in their service and would not recommend them in the future."
“Hello, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We did experience some delays with some plants due to high order volume at this time. We have an extensive process with our orders which involves counting, reserving, digging, and transport to our fulfillment center for packing and shipment. For trees, this involves soaking roots in terra-sorb gel for transit. Due to all of this, we do have a 20% cancellation fee.
We received your email communications and your order was cancelled without the 20% fee. You have been refunded in full. Kindly check with your bank. We hope this helps!”

"I ordered from the website and was given no shipment option other than a month ("May"). I tried to call several times to find out a status of the shipment, and FINALLY got through to a customer service person who clearly is not located at the business and could only read to me what was on her screen which said "awaiting shipment"- no help there and she had clue as to what was going on with the order.
Still haven't received the plants, and have no clue if and when I will receive them."
