"I ordered bamboo plants almost 2 weeks ago. It stated 5 plants per package. I ordered 45 pkgs for a total of 225 plants. I called the day after I ordered to confirm my order since i ordered on a Sunday. The lady in customer service pulled up my order and confirmed that I would receive 225 plants.
My order came 4 days later but was short 180 plants.
I called immediately and no one on the phone could help me and said I would need to email customer service. I did several times with very little response.
They finally emailed 6 days later and said my order was complete and refused to send me my remaining plants or refund my money.
Thankfully I screenshoted their website stating it was 5 plants per package. They conveniently changed their website today and changed it to 1 plant per package for a little over $4 each. Instead of 5 plants for $12.99 or $14.99.
I had to dispute the charges because the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced from any company.
Beware ordering from this company. Learn from my bad experience.

“We are so sorry to hear that your second round of plants did not survive! This is a very rare issue with our bamboo. The terms of our regular retail warranty are that we will reship plants if they die within a year of planting or issue a store credit. If you have not had success with the bamboo twice, we recommend you consider trying another plant. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience with our company was not satisfactory.”

"I ordered two of the Red Weigela bare root plants back in Feb 2022. One came up and is blooming, the other is still a dead stick. Not sure if it is going to grow or not so ordered a replacement just in case. I will plant it somewhere else in the garden if the other one is actually dead."

"Horrible customer service. Trees did not grow, I was asked to take pictures, and more pictures, and more pictures - like they didn’t believe me. The offered me a credit, but then the website did not work and when we called we got busy signals, or recorded messages. It was people did not care. "
