"I was continually sent the wrong item despite speaking to multiple people on 4 different occasions. Everyone kept assuring me it would be corrected and all I had to do was return the item and the right one would be resent. Needless to say, I still ended up with the wrong strings on the purchased racquet. I was told to keep them and the right strings would be sent as a courtesy. Nothing arrived until I called again and followed up. Finally the correct strings arrived. But now I’ll still have to take it to a stringing shop on my own for an added expense. Ended up being a major pain to deal with and a frustrating experience dealing with people who seemed to not want to read the order carefully. All the info was right there! "
