"I ordered 2 pairs of tennis shoes for my son on July 18 with a UPS 2-day shipping to Las Vegas where he was doing a tennis camp for a couple of weeks. The expected delivery date was July 21. The following day I received an email from Tennis Express with the UPS tracking number indicating that the expected delivery date was changed to July 26. I emailed customer service but no reply. I had to call several times to have my orders corrected but eventually, I had to pay more coz I had to order different shoes since they didn't have the same size as one of my original ordered items. With all the trouble, my son received the shoes still late on July 25. I am a regular customer of Tennis Express and the fact is my son was just wearing his old worn-out tennis shoes that I also bought from Tennis Express. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied that I had to go thru all the trouble, paying more, and still, my son didn't get his tennis shoes on time for the training. All the hassle for nothing or worse... I'm sorry, but I wouldn't recommend Tennis express to my friends anymore. "
