"This is a confusing transaction. I purchased an item that was out of stock for in store pick up. My confirmation email says the order will be processed and shipped, once it is in stock. Thought I had store pick up? Anyhow, I was charged for the item on that same day 2/25/2022. According to my confirmation email, I thought the order would be processed when it was in stock? Most places do not charge you for an item until it is in stock and ready to be picked up. Is it in stock, maybe I missed something? I know this can be solved with a simple phone call but I have not got to it yet, just letting you know this experience has been a bit clunky."
"I placed an order with the stated lead time of 7 days. When I clicked "Buy", however, I received a message that balls were out of stock and there would be a delay. I called three days after I ordered, was told that the balls MAY be here in another 9-10 days, with no guarantees. I'm not sure how they can accept orders from people with a stated lead time when they have no idea when they will have inventory. Misleading at best."

"My order was due in warehouse on 2/10/22 and I was told it would ship thereafter. My credit card was charges and for 2 weeks my order was "in process". I finally called customer service only to find out that the product had not arrived and was further delayed to a March date. I clearly understand the COVID supply chain issues, BUT I strongly feel that I should have received an update on the delay and I should not be charged UNTIL the product is in hand and ready to ship."
