"I ordered a right handed saw, I received a left handed saw 2 weeks later. It took a week to receive the ups label for me to return the wrong saw. I have emailed them dozens of times reminding and requesting an update on my saw. Here it is June 1 and my saw still hasn't even shipped to me, I am still waiting on a tracking #.
