"have tried for the last week to try and order first order had to be minimum of 400 dollars then they wanted photo of credit card plus credit card details faxed i understand because it is a international shipment but when chatted to adviser on website i was told they didnt need it not very informative on website ordered on wed 30/7 wont be shipped till 4/8 they could ship some items on 31 but want me to pay shipment fees for each item dont thinks so just seems they dont want to do international orders plus 48 hours wait for order to clear which is a bit rediculous in this day and age don`t think will order of them again just too much hassle"

"I placed my first order with TEquipment.net the other day for a Rigol DS2702A-S oscilloscope. I had a question about the unit, so I sent an email late at night (on Sunday) thinking I would get a response the following business day. Evan wrote me back within an hour! After I completed placing my order using the EEVBlog discount code he supplied, he even upgraded my shipping at no extra charge. Since this will be my first digital storage scope the quick arrival is much appreciated since I'm trying to develop and troubleshoot a new product for my company as expediently as possible.
