"I tried ordering overnight delivery on a Saturday before Memorial Day but confirmation email said ground, tried calling next business day and was told it already went to the warehouse. Not the best time to be ordering but you think if you choose overnight delivery and they cant because its a Saturday before a holiday they would call verify if I would still need it overnight."

"I purchased the Myron L Ultrameter II 6PE through TEquipment to use as a test instrument for a public Water System at an major oil company facility. The meter arrived with a defective PH sensor as diagnosed over the phone with the Myron L Technician when we realized it would not respond to the calibration buffers. After talking to the support personnel at TEquipment, I was emailed a Return Authorization with a UPS label. After receiving the defective unit, they responded with a choice of ordering another meter or a refund. I still needed the meter so I asked them to just send me another one. The people that worked through the issue on the phone with me were knowledgeable and treated me like I was their only customer. (that was a rare surprise) The whole process took about three weeks and it was a bummer to get a defective meter but TEquipment made good on the whole transaction and paid for all additional shipping. This is not the only piece of test equipment we have ordered from them and it will not be the last. We needed a supplier who would stand behind what they sell and this outfit came through in flying colors. TEquipment not only has the selection but they stay with you through, and after the sale. If buying from someone you can trust to follow through is important to you, these guys are the real thing. (they have "give aways" too.)"

"I had to submit the tax exempt paperwork twice and they could not even acknowledge that they had lost it when I forwarded them the original email from 2 months prior. In addition a duplicate order had been placed before, but they seemed unable to find that order or the paperwork associated with it. Their office seems to be very disorganized and the online text help is worthless. There is a big disconnect between the online help and the phone help. Neither seems to know about the other and give different instructions and answers to the same questions. If you have the ability order somewhere else. If not, be warned and prepared for a frustrating experience. You will eventually get the order correct, but not without the need for blood pressure medication."
