"Was sent the the replacement test leads for my Fluke multimeter. The ones shown on the web site had 90 deg. angled meter plugs. The ones they sent me had strait plugs. The rep. wanted a picture. Which I did not have the capability of sending. He argued with me. Stating It was policy for me to send a picture. I asked to speak to his supervisor. His supervisor told him to tell me that to send them back un opened. I agreed. He said they would send me return labels email. I still have yet to receive the email or any confirmation email on the order to return. Since then Ive re ordered name Brand test leads at an additional cost to me."
