"I placed an order on line then realized a couple minutes later I needed to add an item. I called to get it added and spoke with a CSR who said the 2 items would ship together and that I would get a confirmation. I never looked for the confirmation but it never came through. I received an email only the original part shipped then received an email this morning from Robert the second item did not go out and a new order needed to be placed. Not good because the second item was not enough to cover freight. When I called this morning I was told by Gabriel the order was closed before the second item could be added. Considering the second item was added just minutes after the online order was placed, this should have been handled better."

"Anytime something is ordered there are multiple opportunities for things to go sideways. That was my case. Ordered a power supply and cable. Cable arrived and the power supply didn't. I contacted TEquipment and notified them of the issue. They were on top of it instantly, canceling the old order, creating a new order, and shipping it out with minimal effort from me. When everything goes as planned all companies are easy to do business with, but, when things go wrong, that's when you find out the priorities of the company and the dedication of the employees. TEquipment excels in both!"
