"It' easy to give a five-star rating when everything goes well. The true measure of a company is how they act when an error occurs. I'm giving them a five-star rating due to how well they responded when there was an error in the quantity delivered on my order. There was a listing on their web site pricing description that caused confusion. I asked via their chat feature for clarification prior to purchase and was assured I would receive a quantity of six items for the price listed. I received only one. I again verified with a sales representative, over the phone this time, and they also thought I should have received six. Their rma dept cleared up the confusion over the quantity error and they refunded me the entire sale amount.
