"I was pleased with the process and delivery but recieved the wrong part. I was pleased with the quick phone call return and help returning the product but was displeased with the fact that I had to pay the shipping to return a product. If it were my fault I would not have had an issue but since the internet site showed this product to be the one compatible for my car and had no mention of Manual vs Auto transmission on the part I should have not had to pay. The other part is not even on the website but I was told that it could be ordered for me. Other than this the service was fine. "

"The price was great. Shipping charges were reasonable and the item shipped quickly. The only issue was with the part which was wiring opposite causing the window to go down when you pressed on the "Up" button and vice versa. My tech was able to reverse the wiring for the window switch to resolve this (rather than returning the part and ordering another one). The company didn't point out my error when I e-mailed them for the packing slip to return the core after it was already attached to another e-mail from them. Overall, I'm very happy. Thanks."
