"I ordered a part from TheAutoPartsShop.com, and it never arrived at my home. When I called to ask about it, I was told that FEDEX said they delivered it, so it wasn't their problem, take it up with FEDEX. I've been shopping on-line since web shopping started, and this is the first time I've EVER had a web store tell me "too bad" when I didn't get what I'd ordered. I've had FEDEX lose things several times in the past and in every instance, the web store was very helpful in making a claim with FEDEX and getting me what I ordered. Every instance that is except for this one. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service by TheAutoPartsShop.com. I'll not use them again, and I'll urge everyone else not to use them either since they obviously figure that their responsibility ends when your order goes out of their door."

Prices were exceptional but received an email a couple of days later stating the order was just cancelled because the parts were not available. No further explanation and the parts are still listed on the website for sale. What gives? If you don't have them, don't advertise! Not planning on using this website in the future. "Part was received quickly. the part worked. But was not exaclty the same as what was removed from the vehicle. Additional sensors had to be ordered locally to be installed in the part. Compared to the dealer part that included the sensors, it was still a good buy. I would buy from this supplier again. Just wish that the pictures and or order takers were a little more knowledgeable. But I do understand it is impossible to know every vehicle or photograph every part in stock. It sure would have helped me though."
