"Well this was a bit of a rollercoaster for me. I ordered an oxygen sensor and it turns out it was the wrong part. Long story short BOSCH sent them the wrong part in the right box. What gets me is that I called them as soon as I received the part within regular business an no one answered. I started to worry after leaving them a message on their site with no response. Later that day I was able to talk to someone over the phone - they told me I should expect an email with instructions to return the item and that it would take a while before I get the new part. At this point I was angry because it was a big waste of my time. After 2 days and not receiving the email I called them again and spoke with a different person. Fortunately they informed me the right part was actually just delivered to me and someone would pick up the old part. This was information the first person didn't tell me. I installed the part, passed the emissions test and I am very happy. I just wish they would have been straight with me from the start and didn't make this an experience I would remember..."
