"Without any exaggeration, I had the worst online shopping experience with The Classy Home. I was given a time window during which my item was supposed to be delivered. However, it took them 3 (three) delivery attempts for my item to be delivered. During the first 2 attempts, no delivery was made during the scheduled time window and even several hours beyond that. I had to take time off from work to be present for the delivery. I was given a variety of reasons for the missed delivery, from my item being misplaced to the delivery person not being able to make it. Finally, on the 3rd delivery attempt, after waiting for several hours beyond the scheduled time window, my item was delivered. This order caused me significant financial loss due to the long delay to receive my item and the time I had to take off from work to be present for a delivery that did not happen for 2 times."
"I ordered this bed knowing the estimated availability. I was pleasantly surprised upon learning that I was available a week early as I received a call to set up delivery! They were very accommodating with scheduling my date of white glove delivery. To my dismay, upon delivery, the team of two guys carried the large box into my home and then handed me a paper to sign for which I held onto but didnt sign because I ordered a bed for assembly. Not for a bed in a box. They looked at me as if I were being irrational and they hesitantly proceeded to assemble my bed. This is where it became very uncomfortable. I stayed while they assembled and I had to be the 3rd pair of eyes because they were not using washers where indicated by instructions etc. No problem! Bed assembled... place is a mess. Styrofoam and wrapping everywhere. Not to mention a large box sitting in my hallway and they prep to go! Everything everywhere and he says, we do not take the garbage. So the tip stayed in my pocket. Thank you for my bed. I love the bed.... but no thank you to that terrible service! "

"On 3/25, I ordered a piece of "Ashley Furniture" from the Classy Home store, for $380.00. This includes a $98.00 shipping charge. I finally received my item by delivery on 4/6. The item came fully assembled, with no damage to the packaging. When we opened the box, the bottom drawer (1 of 3 drawers) was highly damaged, with the whole side of the drawer torn apart. I should mention that this was advertised as real wood; the drawers are clearly some type of particle board/cardboard. Because the packaging was not damaged, we knew this torn drawer happened before or while packaging the item. The warehouse knowingly shipped it to us like this, knowing we paid almost $100 for shipping and delivery. I contacted Classy who took a few days to respond to my ticket, and ordered me a new drawer. 3 weeks went by and I had to remind them they were supposed to give me tracking into on my replacement drawer. They sent it to me that day, as they had forgotten. We finally received our replacement drawer, 22 days after I created my support ticket for the damage. The replacement drawer came in an undamaged box from UPS, with great packaging. However, this drawer is also highly damaged, on not one, but BOTH sides. This was also knowingly shipped to us broken. You can tell it was dropped and crushed and glued back together. It looks horrible. This was intentional as the packaging was not damaged, and it the warehouse attempted to fix and hide the damage. It was also shipped with no hardware for the drawer. I contacted the company demanding a refund as I am not dealing with this any longer, I have now had to pay to dispose of 2 broken drawers and obviously cannot trust the warehouse. 4 days later I finally received a response that they are ordering me ANOTHER drawer from the same warehouse that keeps intentionally sending me broken drawers. Fast forward another few weeks and I finally have my drawer, yet again no hardware included. And have all these broken drawers I have to pay the city to take at the dump. "
"There were some scrub marks on the wood parts of the loveseat when delivered. I reported it and was told to go to the store and get a marking pen to cover up the damage and they would give me a $85 credit to my account. The loveseat was almost $600. So for $600 I could have gone to the local furniture store and purchased a loveseat without damage, but I guess it’s a good lesson not to order on line anymore."

"Have no choice but to cancel my order from this scam of a company. Placed order in March and have still not received item. Reached out multiple times and keep being told my item is on backorder even though I was never informed nor was it on the page when I placed the order. The backorder date has been pushed back 3 times now. I asked to order to the next size and simply wanted the price honored from when I originally placed my order since they have since raised their prices but they will not do that or anything else to rectify the situation and am being told if I want my order it will be at least another month. Terrible terrible customer service. It should not 3+ months to receive a bed. "
"It took 4 different delivery dates to finally get my piece of furniture. The first and second time there was scheduling issues on their side, the third time the truck arrived without my furniture piece. I switched the delivery to a different address and finally received the item. To try and speak to a manager or OWNER is IMPOSSIBLE. "No, the owner does not speak to anyone." Always calling and getting no where. I would never recommend this company or purchase from them again. HORRIBLE Customer Service. Just an FYI peeps."

They didn’t track the delivery process. I only received one email from this company that was the purchase confirmation... and that was all. No emails were sent to confirm the shipment and the delivery, which is very surprising since this is an on-line based company. But I am glad that we received our expensive item timely and in excellent conditions. "

"Excellent bunk beds! We are so pleased! They are very tall so an 8 foot ceiling may not be tall enough for this. Very roomy for three little girls and they will enjoy them for years to come! Very solidly built. Better than anything I've seen. A must if you need three children in one room. "
