"I ordered a dining table set with 6 chairs mind you it is extremely expensive item. First of all it took a couple of weeks for the order to be delivered. Then when the item was delivered, the truck company missed delivering the dining table legs. I had the assembly handy man at my home to assemble, but could not, and yet he had to charge me for his trip.
I called the classy homes, and they took forever abt 2 weeks to deliver the legs (mind you there were at least 6 emails, and multiple phone calls, before i found out that the truck company forgot and had the legs with them)
Then comes the legs, and i opened the box, and found the velvet beatrix chairs damaged, the dining table top had a huge dent on table top, and the sides looked scratched, and this is just when it came out of the box.
I am on week 2 with emails back and forth and no resolution. they are penny pinchers, and offered me 150 bucks, but would you pay 2400 for a dining table that's below standards. When i call them, they sound sneaky and hung up on me 5 times saying they couldn't hear me. Then finally the lady goes, we'll send it to our claims department and i am sure they will please you. But the turn around time is like 24 freaking hours, and they stop any communication past 3 PM friday till almost 10 AM Monday.
What kind of service is this? Its not a cheap item that is on clearance etc.
i have purchased items on way fair, overstock, gilt, rue and amazing customer service. i liked this particular dining table and could not find it anywhere else, which is why i ordered from this site. Never again for sure and we are in week 7 and no resolution so far.
They keep offering me 25 bucks, and 146 dollars for the dents in the chairs and delayed shipment, but now there is a big hole in the dining table top, and they are unable to resolve it."

"I had never used this company before. I ordered a bunk bed with futon. I inquired whether the bed came with a futon mattress. They stated that it does. However when it arrived there was no futon mattress. When I brought it to the attention of the company they corrected it and shipped out a futon mattress.
My point is that they simply could have put me off but instead they took care of business and made things right in a pretty fast time frame.

Item arrived yesterday 8/8/18 broken. Delivery man called Classy Home, but it was taking forever to get ahold of any representative and he just hung up. I did not accept delivery of the merchandise. Submitted on the spot a detailed report to the shipping company. Then,I submitted ticket with pictures to Classy Home.
Called yesterday stating that the item arrived damaged (BTW they though that the item was being delivered next week, they had no idea about the delivery) and asking when are they going to reship a new one. They couldn't give any information before they reviewed the photos.
Called again today for an update and customer service thought that I was requesting for the broken item to be redelivered (?!).
Redirected them to read the ticket. They could not give any response again, as per the representative the ticket was submitted after 5 pm and has not been reviewed yet.
I hope it gets resolved soon, but so far everything feels disorganized. "

"I will recommend this seller. I was scrolling randomly for a chaise, and accidentally jumped on this website.
They were offering low prices and great discounts, so couldn't stop myself from purchasing the chaise.
I wanted it to be a custom chaise, but they were not providing any option for a custom chaise, so I went with their available models of chaise.
Fortunately, I found the chaise of my choice and ordered it. The process went very well and I got the chaise delivered in three weeks. The chaise is beautiful and looks great in our house. I will definitely recommend this seller."
"We purchased a reclining sofa at a substantially better price than our local store. After trying another on-line retailer (whose price was better, but after 3 weeks informed me the item was out-of-stock), we took a chance on The Classy Home. I had read the reviews, so I was concerned that we might get burned again. But that was not the case!
I ordered the sofa on June 8th, and I was expecting to wait several weeks. On June 26th, I received an email that the sofa had been shipped. This email contained DETAILED instructions on how to take delivery (we opted for curb-side), and what to do if there was any damage to the box (take pictures, document on the damage on the delivery slip, and how to report the damage).
On June 29th, I received a call from the shipping company (AM Trucking) indicating the sofa would be delivered on Monday, July 2nd. Remember, the shipping company is contracted -- The Classy Home does not actually deliver the furniture (we are well outside their local area). The shipping company promised they would call me 30 minutes prior to the delivery, since the window was 4 hours. Well, they didn't call and had to wait 10 minutes for me to get home from work. When I got home, they were not happy. They had already placed the box in my driveway. Remembering the email instructions, I began taking pictures of small damage to the box --and then asked the to flip the box so I could see the other side. There was substantial damage to the box, and I took several photos. The delivery person tried to rush me and insisted on opening the box so I could see there was no damage to the sofa. Well, that was fine, but I still documented the box damage on the delivery slip (the delivery people were not happy). They were in a hurry, and the recliner needed to be assembled and we still had to check the mechanism. We did find some small damage to the fabric, but luckily, the mechanism worked fine. That same day, I emailed the photos of the damage to the box and the sofa to The Classy Home, and received a very prompt response. They wanted me to make sure everything was okay, and just confirm that was the only damage in the next day or so, which I did. A few days later, they contacted me to offer me a very fair refund for the damage, which I accepted and they promptly credited my card.
The sofa itself was excellent -- again, we had seen it in a local store, so we knew what to expect -- and we saved over $250. Their communication was also excellent -- emails when the order was received, processed, shipped and the follow-up was prompt and professional.
We won't hesitate to purchase from them again in the future!"
