Upon returning home, we discovered that only the cocktail table had been delivered. The Classy Home researched the issue with their delivery company in which the sofa table was unrecoverable. However, The Classy Home immediately assumed accountability by offering to either replace the sofa table or refund the purchase price. "I purchased the Ashley Vista Sectional but had first called and I explained that I am in California to get a timeline of when my order would be received. I was told by a representative that one portion was backordered until 4/26 but that it would ship on 4/29 and it would take one week from when it shipped. I called the home direct shipping company on 5/3 and was told it would be at the distribution center in fresno on monday 5/6. I called the distribution center almost daily from 5/6 - 5/17 the shipping company twice, I had submitted tickets online with Classy Home and have called Classy Home direct four times. Each time only wanting an actual date to plan on but each time getting a different answer and delay or just being told sorry, I dont know where it is or what to tell you. Items finally arrived on 5/22/2013 and 3 of the 4 pieces had damage ranging from minor to not so minor. I immediately contacted Classy Home and send pictures of damage and was told replacement parts would be sent, to call when they arrived and they would have a repairman come fix everything that was damaged. It has now been 3 weeks since the parts arrived and still no return call to have items fixed. Yes, I saved a lot of money to purchase my couch from Classy Home but the frustration and constantly trying to get status on it when it was shipping and now contact I've had to make to get it fixed is NOT worth the money I saved. I now just want this whole thing to be over with. "
