"I purchased some furniture worth just over a thousand from The Classy Home. I am pretty good at researching the price on Internet and it was the best price I can get. So I was a little hesitate making purchase decision solely on price but pulled the trigger anyway because of the general good reviews for the store. Before the order, there were some emails asking for more detail about the furniture. Actually I asked the same questions to several online retailers. Among them, The Classy Home gave the most responsive, and mostly importantly, the most complete and correct answer. We also have some special delivery scheduling required and The Classy Home handled all that for us. We seldom purchase furniture online and were worried about every detail, product quality, shipping scheduling, etc. But everything turned out well. And we are very happy with the furniture we received. This good experience really encourages us to buy furniture online from now on. Much better selections and better price as well."
"The company is very good. When I order the bed for my granddaughter it was ordered twice and they called me to make sure I wanted two I didn't. So they changed to order right away I thought that was very nice. I would do business with you again when I want to order something.

"I purchased a computer/hutch set as per the description outlined on the website on 12/27/2012. I was notified later that they had made a mistake in the listing and would offer the complete set to me for $1000. I accepted the offer. I was then emailed that they had made an additional mistake and it would be an extra $900. When I didn't agree and asked them to honor their advertised price, they cancelled my order. I would not advise doing business with this company EVER.
The Classy Home has now disputed this review but I have sent proof of payment and all email correspondence to confirm what is stated above despite the fact that this company states these things did not happen. I would not advise doing business with this company. BUYERS BEWARE. "
"My wife tried to order a couple of lamps for about $40. They cancelled the order saying "the item is out of stock." A week later the same item appears for $75.
I understand that a mistake may have been made in the pricing, but not being upfront about it and cancelling our order instead of placing the order on hold while they ordered more stock or contacting us and explaining the situation was shady.
We could have ordered the same item off Amazon for $60 a few days later if they would have just been upfront and said "we made a mistake on the price and it's really $75."

More not cool stuff. It seems Classy Home disputed this review, I have since sent copies of my invoices to this site for review. Now for something I neglected to mention:
Before placing the order my wife called Classy Home and talked to a **** or %%%%% (who was nice) (apparently I can't use factual information like names on this site) to confirm that this was a set of lamps. The lady placed us on hold and came back a few moments later to confirm that this was a set of lamps. Now, how could they have been out of stock if the clerk was able to verify this? Also, the cancellation was sent by a ***** **** and the lamps we ordered were Japanese Style Table Lamp Set."
"I love shopping at The Classy Home. Their customer service is very helpful, and their prices are unbeatable. I just bought my new Living Room Set and took advantage of a great discount during the Black Friday sales. The items have been delivered within the given time in a prefect and save condition. they are taking extra caution the furniture should be delivered safely without any damages by wrapping them up with Plastic and corner boards on all corners. A pleasure to do business with. Takes every worry away from shopping online."

"I ordered an Ashley Furniture Lena Putty sofa and love seat. The shipping took about a month to arrive. The furniture was is great shape. The only issue is that the love seat had to be repaired by a local furniture repair. A spring support beam had knot in the wood which split in half. The Classy Home was very responsive to this issue, they scheduled the repair, and fully covered all expenses. Now I have a very sturdy love seat. I am very satisfied with my purchase and my experience with The Classy Home."

"Ordered a sectional couch on the website, the couch arrived about a week later in great condition but was the wrong hand sectional (I ordered a right hand and a left hand was shipped) because the picture on the website did not match the description. I called customer service and I told them that I would be able to make it work , but since it was not what I had ordered they discounted the couch 25%. A $1000 couch at Ashley furniture for just under $600 was a steal! Great customer service, just carefully read the descriptions."

"What a nightmare. I ordered a leather sectional for my den, a sofa and chair for my sitting room, and a coffee table and media table for my den. It took over a month to get my order - it sat in a warehouse for quite a while before getting on a truck. The tables, sofa and chair arrived in perfect condition. The sectional was the most expensive piece, and it was severely damaged. There were holes in the leather, damaged reclining mechanisms, and broken frames. I called and the serivce team said they would get the parts I need sent to me and have someon fix it. I was not excited about this process since it sounded time consuming, but they assured me I would be pleased with the process. I am over two months in. I finally have all of the pieces. They are looking into a company to rebuild the sofas since the original person they found said they couldn't do it for another month. It seems they randomly google for a repair person. Lovely. The more I have to deal with the situation, the ruder the service gets. They seem to not care at all that I have had a junk sectional in my den for over two months. Trust your gut and don't order online. Just spend the extra money for a quality products and great service, and save yourself the hassle."
