delivered promptly and I liked the material. All was good until few
months later when I realized, that the material on the back has a tear.
So I emailed them about it and received a response from one of their
talented staff. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and
knowledgeable and assured me that the damage could be easily fixed. He
asked me to email him few pictures from different angles and next day I
received an email update with a confirmation number and list of parts
that were shipped to my home. After I received the new material and
parts I emailed them and they sent a carpenter to repair my love seat.
He was very skillful and professional and replaced the back of the love
seat very quickly. I am really a fan of companies who go beyond just OK
service and actually
exceed my expectations. The Classy Home is truly an example of such

"I ordered a kids bedroom set, couch & entertainment center. Spent over $4000 with this company and all I got was a HUGE headache!!! I waited over a month to get everything and when it FINALLY came, a dresser was completely damaged, like it was dropped from a 2 story building, the entertainment center was warped, the hinges came out of the wood, they didn't send the right bolts and the top was drilled wrong. After having these items for TWO months, they sent a repairman out to fix the damaged items. The worst part was, every time I called they acted like I was inconveniencing them. From this experience, I will NEVER order furniture online AGAIN!!"
"This is my first time ordering from The Classy Home, and I was extremely pleased. I ordered the "Navigator - Saddle Living Room Set", which was $2-300 cheaper from other merchants. Shipping was only $149 for the whole set Sofa, Loveseat, Recliner! It shipped almost immediately the next day, and I received it in about 3 days. I am so pleased with their service. "I was recently looking for a nice entertainment center/TV stand and ordered one online from TheClassyHome.com. They shipped it promptly and I received it within a week. I realized that it got slightly damaged during shipping. I called up customer service and explained them what happened. They asked me to describe the issue and to email them some pictures in order to see how it could be fixed. Next day I got an email saying that they shipped some replacement parts and are sending down a professional repairman who will take care of it at no cost. He really fixed it and the stand looks like new. The Classy Home has really classy Customer Service and these guys are just great to do business with. You cannot always expect it from an online retailer but Classy Home gave me top service. I will definitely buy from them again."
"We ordered living room furniture (sofa, 2 chairs, ottoman, 2 end tables) and unfortunately, at no fault of The Classy Home, the upholstered furniture was damanged in shipping.
They responded quickly, had parts shipped directly to us and sent out a furniture repair company, all at no cost to us, to repair the furniture. The repair company did a fantastic job...you'd never know there were any problems.
All in all, I think we saved over $500 as compared to our local Ashley reseller. We're very happy."

"Been over a month almost, took 2 weeks to ship and shipping company says they ship only twice a month to my location?? Still have not received my furniture!! Why not get a better shipping company?? Why does it take 2 weeks to process an order when its a 5 minute walk to carry paper work across the room?? Only takes them 5 mintues to get my $1800. Why is customer service so horrible on giving you an honest answer?? Horrible Experience, Will be handling with my credit card and getting it taken care of"
