"I ordered a black Commando sofa and love seat from TheClassyHome.com via e-check. I emailed them to see how it worked. They said the e-check takes a week to go through, the sofas were back ordered for 2 weeks and shipping takes 2 weeks.

It is now August 13 and I have yet to receive my sofas. I emailed them about my order and they replied the first 3 emails.

But since then, they have not replied. I called them 3 times with no answer. I left a voice mail and have not received a return call. And the shipping company they outsource to, Home Direct USA, said that they tried to pick up the sofas 3 times and were denied all 3 times.

I think I just got screwed out of $800! Buyers beware. This is a scam company and you will not receive your product!

"I ordered two night stands to go with my bedroom set. I found out after I placed my order and emailed them that they were back ordered. When I finally received them, they were broken and the wrong color. I was not even given a color option when I ordered. I call to find out what to do, at 4:15 on a Tuesday, and no one is there to answer my call (and I'm in the same time zone). They want me to leave a message, like I believe they are going to call me back. Completely unsatisfied with them."

"I ordered a coffee table from The Classy Home and not only did they offer the absolute best price anywhere, they had insanely reasonable and fast shipping (I live in Ohio and they ship from Brooklyn). And the piece is high quality and looks even better in person than in the pictures! I could not be happier with my purchase or the service. I would definitely shop here again."
