"I had ordered a bed from another retailer and it arrived with a defective drawer. They would not replace the drawer and insisted I return every piece of the platform bed for a refund. It was such a hassle and I had a very sad young lady in my house. I looked for another source for this bed and found The Classy Home online. I was anxious about ordering on line, but their delivery fee cross country was reasonable and I needed this particular bed for a set. It arrived earlier than promised. When we put the bed together, there was, again, a defective drawer. I called the Classy Home, uploaded pics of the defect and they ordered a replacement right away. I now have a complete bed in great condition and am very happy with customer service and their assistance. "

"We ordered a solid wood nightstand before the holidays. I helped the FedEx driver take it off the truck and noted damage to the packaging and the sound of loose pieces within. When we opened the box, it was obvious that it had been dropped, probably from the back of a truck. The nightstand was all broken up and not repairable. I contacted Classy Home and described the issue. At first they offered me a discounted price if I could repair the stand. I explained to them that that wouldn't be acceptable and that only a replacement or a refund would be. I also suggested that if they chose to replace it, they might wait until after the holidays to ship. My new night stand arrived yesterday and was in perfect condition. The quality is excellent and so is customer service. I will definitely order from them again."

"I received a bad batch of Acme Furniture Dresden Cherry Oak Side Chairs which would not level out. Ordered replacement parts which arrived as promised but did not fix the wobbly chairs. The furniture is quite sturdy and good looking but for the price, I expected a much more robust quality control process. Additionally, I was told that once I fix the bad pieces with the shipped ones, I had to discard of the faulty ones, which is an added cost as these things don't just go into the house hold trash! So while the furniture looks great, I am not entirely happy that I have 3 wobbly chairs and a bunch of extra pieces that I have to figure out how to dispose."

"I've been searching for Coaster Hillsborough Bench and found it here! I called customer service and I was informed they only have one left, the lady was very helpful and courteous. I ordered it on Friday afternoon and was delivered today Wednesday! The bench was properly boxed and secured- no damages. I was very satisfied, happy with my order.
