"Firts-time customer. Found desired product on their site at reasonable price. Site looks great, reputable. Husband ordered a Nikon flash unit for me as a birthday gift. Post-order call from DH revealed two options on product: for non-digital Nikon or for digital Nikon. Order item was changed to digital. We got email confirmation that order was processing. However, we've had a few complications and some trouble with attempts to communicate to resolve them that have delayed the order. It seems we have finally gotten things straight on both ends and Digital Hunter is sending our order. One of the issues was that the flash unit we ordered was discontinued. Because of the delay and confusion, they've offered to upgrade the flash to the newer model, which is very much appreciated. Digital Hunter service staff appear to be very knowledgeable. Our experience may not be typical, but for this order, communication after the initial transaction could have been better. "

"First I called to verify that the product is in stock, the answer was yes. So i went ahead and ordered it. I get a call back in about an hour after i placed and paid for my order. BEN, from sales, called me and told me that the camera i paid for is going to be from Japan, and the menu is not going to be in English, and that it will take 20 days to get it in. HAHA! So then they tried up selling me into something else, much more expensive. I told them that I'm not interested in what they offered me, so 1 min later i get a 'order canceled' email. I would not deal with them, they are dishonest! Please read reviews for '24hrdigital', and 'ajrichard', they seem to be all in the same boat, possibly same owners...
