Great prices, super fast shipping, customer focus
"I bought a Marmot jacket from them (and my significant other bought one, too). The order process was fast and easy, the price for the particular jacket was the lowest I could find on the Internet, I got free shipping (which they offer for sales > $50 USD), they shipped it immediately, and I received it super quickly. The inside of the box even came with a "hand-packed with care by ___" card, which is a nice touch and it indicates to me that they care about customer service. All in all, it was a perfect transaction. Very highly recommended vendor."

"I bought a pair of Merrill shoes from them. The price was the best on the Internet, they shipped the pair quickly, I got free shipping, and when I called to confirm shipment, the person who answered the phone picked up the line quickly, was friendly, and answered my questions. The box came three days later and was nicely packaged. All in all, a perfect transaction. This vendor is highly recommended!"

"I ordered an 82mm Marumi Super DHG UV filter. They answered the phone quickly when I called with a question, they were courteous, the item was priced reasonably (plus free shipping), they shipped the item quickly, and it was well packaged. All in all, a perfect transaction. I have purchased filters from them in the past and I will continue to do so. One of the advantages of 2filter is that they are one of the few vendors in the USA that sell Marumi filters, which are really great thin Japanese filters with front threads that cost less than B+W or Heliopan, but offer equivalent quality glass. They are also a small business that appears to care about their customers. I appreciate this a lot."

"Bought a macro slider for photography. DinoDirect had the lowest price on the unit I wanted. The checkout was smooth and easy, they followed up a few times letting me know the status of my order, including a photo of the item they shipped. Pretty interesting. Anyway, I got the item very quickly and it was packaged well. They seem very customer focused. Later, I got several emails from them about sales, items I may be interested in, etc., and I finally opted out. Despite this, I recommend them highly. They even followed up several weeks later (via email) to ensure I got the item and that I was happy with it. They are a trustworthy online dealer. Order with confidence."

"I ordered a scanner that never goes on sale. Cost Central had the best price of all online retailers. I had a minor snafu in the checkout (my fault) and accidently ordered two of the same item. I sent their customer support an email about the mixup. They fixed the order without delay, and I received my item within 1-2 days. All in all, a great transaction. "I ordered a Hauppauge HD-PVR television tuner. The price on the unit was the lowest, free shipping, fast shipping, and good packaging. During transit, the Hauppauge box was thrashed, but I don't blame B & H for that -- their packaging was good enough that the unit was not damaged by the shipper. Excellent transaction. "I ordered a litany of cables for my computer and A/V system. Deep Surplus offered the best prices and reasonable shipping rates. Although the shipping was not as fast as I would prefer, I received my package within a week, nicely packaged. They communicate well, too -- they let you know they have received your order, that they fulfilled your order, and when the package ships. I have used them a couple times and they are a great retailer. Very highly recommended."
