"Ordered a 57 reissue Stratocaster on back order, which took about 4-5 months to arrive at store (which is beyond The Music Zoo's control, I will admit). Kept in contact over this period and got replies quickly, along with an update after retalking to Fender.
Actual shipping was very quick. Only shipping issues were on my end with having to get import code sorted, extra GST paid and hassles with UPS forgetting to put the package on their truck on scheduled delivery day.
Not sure if the hard case was meant to be included with this guitar (as description of guitar on their website only mentions a gigbag) but it was greatly appreciated.
Would order from them again if I'm ever in the market for a high quality guitar again.
