"I have been trying to get my scanner to work for several weeks. It was working before. I have to correspond back and forth by email. I have tried everything they suggested including getting a new usb cord. Something is wrong with the scanned and I would like a replacement.

Mostly the people do not know what you are talking about . . .
Paid my yearly fee for the cloud service

They where going to call me and send me a mail when all was working.
Well I am still waiting for both !
At least they could add 2 weeks to my subscription and apologize . .
