"I have the Neat Scanner. I was attempting to purchase the 2-user Home version of Neat Cloud for $119.88 for the year. I got the error message that they were doing website maintenance and to try again later. A little bit later, I tried again, and they processed the order I was placing then, PLUS the order that hadn't gone through when I got the error message. I on-site emailed them via the "contact us" immediately regarding the duplication error and got no response at all. I am currently disputing the duplicate fee through my credit card company. I am purchasing this for home usage, I purchased a 2-user version, I DON'T NEED 2 times the charge, OBVIOUSLY, and they never BOTHERED to respond, and have not, to date!!! Not good customer support, in my opinion. The software itself is cumbersome. It's slow to queue the scanned items in, you have to double check all the dates, amounts, frequently have to fill in the "vendor", as it has not been able to identify who the receipt or document is from, etc., etc., etc.. The best part of the whole program is that you can scan a piece of paper in to the computer, back it up onto an external hard drive & get rid of the paper. Would I purchase it again? No. I would look for another program."

"I just signed onto the Neat Cloud. Should have done it a long time ago, when I first bought my potable scanner 3 years ago. Software works with the App and the database better than the scanner does...it's a shame the scanner stopped working....."

"I sincerely do believe that Neat offers an excellent solution that meets my business and personal needs. However, I had a series of challenges simply trying to get my NeatCloud account upgraded via the on-line process. It took several attempts both on-line and by way of direct phone calls to finally rectify the matter. The end result was that I could not sync my data nor access it via my respective PDA's until matters were corrected. I'm certain you have data records on file that will account for these concerns."

"I initially was very satisfied with this product, but then started experiencing some issues. The technical support has been quite poor. Customer support was unable to help with technical issues, requiring e-mail exchanges with technical support. Exchanges last many days, and in one case several weeks to resolve. Very disappointed in technical support form this very expensive product that I also signed up for the expensive annual cloud service."
