"The Neat system has a good concept but I have been struggling with my Neat account and NeatCloud which constantly tells me there is problem with my account and my Neat Scanner is unable to upload my scanned documents. This has been an on going issue especially after I scanned over 5 or 10 documents. The system refuses to upload into the cloud and informs me that there is an issue with my account. This happens after the first items have already been uploaded. This is an ongoing issue. I have tried to resolve it on line with no good or persistent solutions. I uploaded some items Monday and I am still waiting for tech support. Worst of all, this has been an on going issue and a live tech support person is not available for me to speak to. Disappointing, I wish Neat company would read this and actually have someone contact me to solve the problem. My account has been paid in full. "
"I wanted to change the email linked to my account from ****@**** to ****@****. I did so and was assured my trial would move from the old account to the new. Instead it kept to accounts, loaded all my data to the old one, and when it wasn't working with the new one and I cancelled with a confirmation, I found you have still charged my account for the one set up on the old email. I want a refund ASAP! Please call ***-***-****"

"I had a problem with the mobile cloud and customer service was able to log onto my computer and remotely solve the problem in a matter of minutes. It was on a a Friday and almost time for everyone to go home but the technician stayed until my problem was solved.
