"Well, I bought the product anticipating that I'd be able to run the filing system program and the new merchandise on my windows 8 laptop but I can't seem to be able to get any of it to work. I've called customer service numerous time but nothing they did and nothing they had me do worked. I very disappointed. I think that there seems to be a language barrier problem. I have a hard time understanding some of the customer service people, it sounds like they're 10,000 miles away and they're accent makes most of them hard to understand. I wish I could get some satisfaction!!!"

It apparently was not refurbished at all Inspite of your tech support we were unable to use it and had to return it at our expense.(eight dollars over the return slip) It was a v sorry experience. I am now looking at a Fujitsu scanner for our business."
