"My neatscan box (scanning service) NEVER arrived. Invalid shipping confirmation number, as well.

Not a single person responded to emails or calls.

TERRIBLE customer service. I have informed my credit card company, as well as the BBB.

Amazon, Zappos, LL Bean all do it right. This company does not. Simply the worst customer experience I've ever had.

"Well, I bought the product anticipating that I'd be able to run the filing system program and the new merchandise on my windows 8 laptop but I can't seem to be able to get any of it to work. I've called customer service numerous time but nothing they did and nothing they had me do worked. I very disappointed. I think that there seems to be a language barrier problem. I have a hard time understanding some of the customer service people, it sounds like they're 10,000 miles away and they're accent makes most of them hard to understand. I wish I could get some satisfaction!!!"

"I love my NeatConnect, Neat Mobile Scanner, and NeatCloud. I have gone almost completely paperless with the combination of Neat for receipts and Evernote for all my notes. Great job!

Oh, and Neat support is very good too. I have had two support requests over the past 8 months, and their support both times did a great job. I certainly recommend Neat to all my professional colleagues and clients.

"I ordered a refurbuished unit for $299
It apparently was not refurbished at all Inspite of your tech support we were unable to use it and had to return it at our expense.(eight dollars over the return slip) It was a v sorry experience. I am now looking at a Fujitsu scanner for our business.

"I like it but have not spent enough time learning how to use it most effectively. There are still many steps to complete when filing the information and I have had it chew up a few of my receipts and documents. Overall, I am satisfied with the Neat System thus far."

"The scanner is a bit pricy. For the money I would expect that the document feeder would function well. Mine jams on me frequently and I almost always have to manually work the paper to get it to run through. The OCR functionality in the desktop app leaves a lot to be desired. "
